Sir/madam,
I am sarvesh kumar s/o ujagar singh, village - nangla jelly, police station- patiyali, district-kasganj(up) citizen. This is to inform you that this is a incident of 25/07/2020.i was doing my household work and suddenly Rambhajan s/o jahar Singh, Ajay, ramlal, Ramsingh s/o kirtiram, puspendra s/o ramlal Singh, Ravi, Dinesh s/o Rambhajan Singh came to my house and had a big conversation regarding property there. After some time police came there and took us with you at patiyali police station.The next day took the bail and came home.after that everything was quiet till some time.
Then on 05/08/2020 my minor girl was missing since 7:30o'clock from the evening.they kidnapped her.her name is babita.she is 13years old.we searched a lot our baby girl overnight but she did not know anything.then next morning 06/08/2020 we went to the patiyali police station.we filed FIR.people we suspected.we named them and reported . SHO of police station said, that we will do you just go your home.we will take action.we came to our house.after trusting the police.the police did not come even once to inquire while we reported it by name.then whenever we asked the police so we used to say that we will take action.please don't take any tension then we came home.
Then our girl around noon 1pm, 08/08/2020 is released by the perpetrator in a field.some people of the village shouted, then we went there .my baby girls condition was very serious.she was scared and scared.her eyes got swollen.after about 5minutes the police came to our house.they starting enquiring from my baby girl .she said that sir they scare me with a gun, knife.then police took my wife and my girl with them at patiyali police station. We all went back to the police station.when we went to the police station, then sho wrote us an application and forced us to bring the girl herself to the police station while the sho was brought by the girl herself from the police station to our house.then around 8:30pm, the sho told us just go your home .don't take tension.we will take action against the culprit.we will arrest them definitely.they told us that the girl will remain in police custody.you guys come to court 10am on 10/08/2020 at 10o'clock morning.by trusting we came home .we went to kasganj court on 10/08/2020.brought my baby girl constable.we asked the prempal to get the girl medical but he said that there is no medical.they took my girl inside the court.we waited outside the court.after some time, bring my baby girl .he told us to go to the patiyali police station.sho made us sign and said your girl went on by herself.you will commit this.he said take care of your girl, thus we had a argument.To come to the child's medical report tomorrow and take the FIR report also.we said that the prempal denied that the medical was not done but sho told us that nothing will happen now . You guys go home . We came home disappointed.
Then my daughter finally told us from herself that I was kidnapped by puspendra Yadav s/o ramlal singh.he raped me at night 05/08/2020.he tied my hands and showing pistol on my head.he did everything with me.i saw him with my own eyes .I also abused him and said my mother father would be looking for me.let me go.he will take the gun and said keep quiet otherwise I will kill you.i told the police everything but the sho and Seema tripathi scared and slapped me and she said you are lying nothing has happened to you.you want to hang them whatever we will say you are going to do that otherwise I will fix it by beating with belt.she said there is corn in my farm .I went with him myself.then I said no I will not lie .there is no corn in my farm, why should I lie? But she scared me and made video by calling me a lie .they forcefully took my false statements and made a video.then took me 08/08/2020 to the hospital and Seema tripathi got me signed on a paper.i was not touched by any doctor, nor was there any medical checkup.when 10/08/2020 took me on court, the prempal told me whatever we have made the video is correct whatever I am saying you will say only this otherwise I will close in jail your father. My daughter was very scared and she don't know about this matter rape, statement and all.sir please help me.
We went to patiyali police station the other day, the sho(Shailendra Kumar Gautam) gave us medical and fir reports.we told them what our girl told us but they did not listen to us. The time and date given on the medical report they have given is 7:50pm on 08/08/2020 .while at that time we were all present in the police station.the sho did not tell us anything .how did the medical become so fast and how did the report gets so quickly.we had a case in court too, but the culprit cancelled the file from the court.we called the police.after a while the police came but by then, the culprits ran away.The police went away.The culprits later came back and started abusing us.we called the police again and we came .we went to the patiyali police station with the police.whatever abuses the culprits gave us was as much audio recording as we could get, we went and told the sho a sad incident, but he told us, you are lying.we told them that we have audio recording, so he said that I want video recording not audio .we told him when culprits was firing from the front, how could we make a video. SHO said that the firing is only to kill someone, is not it?even if those people kill you, you will not be able to spoil them.i went to register the report, the sho made me sit inside and did not listen to me.The sho refused to register the report, we came home disappointed.our application was taken by prempal on 12/09/2020 after doing a lot of prayer while the event is dated 06/09/2020.The police did not take any action on him. Not once did the police come to the criminal for questioning.even today, we ask the police respond that the process is on, we are still being mislead.
Me and my nephew went to the police station on 06/10/2020 to inquire whether you will do anything but the sho said you will not get anything from here.we came out of the police station.we were standing outside when the sho came from behind and snatched my nephew's phone and accused us of recording so we said that you see, we have not done any recording of you. They saw that there was no recording in it but the sho reset the whole phone and talked to the ill- fated and said today, you have come to the police station, after today the vote is visible around thane.our recording of the incident on 06/09/2020 was in the phone and some important documents.but the sho finished everything by resetting the phone, but we saved that data in another device, so it is safe.we came home quickly.
My question is if the sho not taken Money then why did they call the girl a lie and make a video with false statements and take no action.whilr peas were so serious.The accused are roaming freely.Today, why did the police not come to the house of the accused for questioning even once.we are still staying with the fear in the house.we have sent the girls of our house in kinship only because of fear.How long will the girls in our house be in relationship?
I request you with folded hands that my girl gets justice and her accused should be punished.This case should be investigated again and her statements should be recast correctly and strict actions should be taken against the perpetrator.The accused are being charged on the crime and are roaming freely.why did the police do this, we don't know.even today the police mislead us that we take action.we have been very upset with the police behaviour. The question of the life of my girl child is to be given justice and her accused have to be hardened strict punishment should be given, we just want justice nothing else.
On Friday child line team came at my house and take my daughter statement then at 7:30pm evening culprits very bad behave with them when they was going to kasganj and said when I was kidnapped her daughter and rape with her daughter but police is support in our favour.what will you do with me now?
Sir I request to you please I want to reinvestigate my daughter case from another District because we are not satisfied sir please my daughter will do again medical because sir my daughter is minor and Shailendra Kumar Gautam, Seema tripathi, prempal very scared my daughter when my daughter is in under custody.Sir please I request to you my case again reinvestigate from another District. Once again will do medical and statement of my daughter.if we are wrong sir please you can take action against me. But please sir help me.
