I would like to make this into your notice that food chain company like zomato is doing fraud with indian people. The consumer need to book for a meal and in case they have cancel for some reason they do no refund any sought of amount. As they say it as a penalty clause. Dear team i would like to request you like kindly let ppl aware about such kind of norms that one should not loose his or her money with such a bad companies. Most o[censored]s comes from normal middle class families and around rs 400-500 is much enough of 2-3 ppl for a day.
