We have taken admission on 13-Jul-2024 (Saturday evening) for NEET + Online Maths. The counselor Girish Reddy said the online Maths class will be conducted on Every Wednesday/Thursday . After fee payment, the counselor said the online maths class will be conducted on every Sunday morning and not in weekdays. We clearly mentioned that we cannot attend any class on Sunday as we have to attend religious event. Then I requested to cancel our admission and requested a full refund on 15-Jul-2024 (withn 1 day). However, they did not agree to a full refund even though I was requesting to cancel the admission due to their false commitment and within 1 day. Then they convinced me to continue by course change from NEET to JEE. But they mentioned that they would consider the full amount of the previous payment of Rs 58000 and adjust to the new JEE course. After all the verbal agreements were done, I agreed for the course change and made the payment. Now they are collecting an extra payment Rs. 7036 by saying that we cannot consider Rs 5900 from the previous payment and course change charges Rs. 1136. These were not discussed when they proposed for course change option. We already lost 5-month classes, they delayed around 45 days for course change from NEET to JEE, so we could not join online classes due to weather conditions, we were not able to use MyAakash App, and we were not able to use iTutor app. Still the ID card is not changed. There is no supervision. The student watching mobile phone during class time. The faculty taking classes by sitting. There is no interaction between faculty and students. They are only concerned on the fees. I never seen institute like this. I have sent several email to [protected]@aesl.in. But I never received any single reply from this email address. I am not sure if someone help me to direct this issue to right reporting channel and I don't want to continue the course at all.
