[Resolved] Aakash Institute — Aakash Tablet (i-Tutor) Not working

I had ordered for an Aakash i-tutor (Medical) for my daughter Sophia Khirani studying in class 11th on 20.06.2014. I paid the whole 2 year program fees in advance and was assured that the i-tutor would reach me within 15 days. However, inspite of repeated calls, I got the same on 11.07.2014.
On receipt of the same, I found that the tablet is asking for user id and password. I personally went to the local office and they asked me to contact the Delhi office. I have contacted the Delhi office at least 7 to 8 times till then. Every time, I was told that the technical department would call back. Till date no response has been received for my complaint and the problem has not been solved. This is shocking for an institute like Aakash on which I trusted and paid the whole two year course fee in advance.
