My daughter attend ANTHE SCOLERSHIP EXAM for offline neet course after some days mrs mathumitha coming from byjus (to my house) she is told me we are giving neet coure to your daugher for 88000 worth of 145000
because of schership
i paid the money after payment completed she told now a days we r giving online course
my daughter attend two class online she is told dont want neet couching
i call the mentor for cancellation
mr.abdulkareem he counciling by phone more than 20 miniutes
27/11/2022 payment comleted by phone i inform for cancellation 2/12/2022 first time but from byjus their not ready take action
justl ike threatening to avoid cancellation
i receive more phone calls 2/12/2022 to 24/02/2023
i receive last phone call mr.sathyaseelan he told me we are change to offline course .but you have to pay the some difrence money . i am agree for extra money also.
still their not giving offline course or refund
88000 is my one year salary.plz plz refund my money

Updated by dentcraftsyed Senior manger call me to he told OUT OF CANCELLATION not refund whatever you want go legal no problem
27/11/22 I paid the money
2/12/22 I requested cancellation by phone
(Their not giving mail id )
2/12/22 to 24/12/22 I received many phone calls
their counselling and threading to avoid my cancellation
Finallay I got mail id from online 24/12/22 I mailed cancellations request to [protected]@byjus.com
Senior manager noted that date 24/12/22 your cancellations request by mail 24/12/22 that’s why out of cancellations
But I request cancellation by phone on 2/12/22
BYJUS IS VER BIG EDUCATIONAL SCAM in the country
Consumer complaints team plz take action against byjus
