My son Darshan Bankey took admission in Aakash Institute, Bhopal Branch for the course name Invitus Course for JEE Main and Advanced date. 11/07/2025. The fees paid UTI Rs. 9456/- and balance amount through Bajaj Finance. Unfortunately, due to As my son changed his mind (highly tension ) from college admission . We asked for the refund of Rs.45780/- which was denied by the Aakash Institute.. The money should be refunded to us as the service are not availed nor any study (materialAdmission Kit & Digital Access ) received on the paid amount.

I seek justice and hope appropriate action will be taken
