Aakash Institute — Credibility of sales Professionals - Hostel

I took admission in Aakash Institute on[protected] for Neet repeaters coaching at Ravipuram Branch. Institute arranged me a hostel and promised me bed and other facilities. I was told that I will have to share a room with max 4 persons. I went there and I was asked to wait till warden was back. After waiting for hours, when she was finally back, she gave a tour of the hostel and convinced me there were no beds available and asked me to sleep on floor. Not just that, she was rude all along and didn't answer any of my queries.
Unfortunately my phone got damaged. My mother tried to connect through many times but the warden hung up in the middle of nowhere. I rang my mother using cook's phone and told her I wasn't given a bed yet. So she contacted Aakash institute sales personals. Later the warden said I wasn't allowed to make phone calls from cook's or friends' phone. There was no landline for hostellers. My mother couldn't contact me and she continuously called the warden. She called the police control room and said how she couldn't get any news of me. The police contacted the warden. Then the warden started saying mean things to me who wasn't aware of any of these developments. She tortured me and said, "I want you out of my hostel, you should have at least thought that you are going to have to stay here for the rest of the year." After some time police reached and tried to analyze the situation. The whole hostel teamed up against me and tried to frame me. That must be sufficient to proove how other kids are scared of the warden. My mother took a taxi at night time and took me back home and on my way back we lodged a complaint against the hostel warden.
When we first reached out to Aakash Institute, the sales professionals were sweet and lovely. But when my mother connected them for assistance in the hostel drama, they didn't respond to her calls many times. When we called them to complaint they sided with the hostel warden. Today morning, when my mother contacted the saleswonmen, she refused to share the contact details of authorities concerned. She said, "Parents can't be provided with contact details of heads of Aakash Institute". What? We paid these heads money. We do business with them and not these sales professionals. Finally after long speeches, she whatsapp me a number. They are only sweet and helpful before admission. After realizing money, they are sweet but not helpful. They make a fool o[censored]s by making us repeat the whole story. Bad memory.
We had to go through all these hassles because of the inability of authorities to keep check on the employees providing person to person services. We had to face financial, physical and emotional difficulties during this incident. I want taxi fare of Rs.2000 from the responsible and also to initiate procedures against the sales personals to deter such tendencies in the future.
