Aakash Institute — DLP package after successful payment on 08 Aug no online access and support received from DLP team and Neha Sharma

On 08 Aug at around 0630 pm after getting convinced all our requirement will be fulfilled through DLP package payment made with in 24-48 hours post payment online credentials to be sent through mail but as promised by Ms Neha Sharma not even done till Thursday and i had called and mailed several times but no positive response received then on 12 after my 13 consecutive call the DLP team [protected] in this contact on phone share online credentials though they informed that was already shared through mail but it was not ..just only I'd. After resetting password I am not able to access any online study material, packages or test packages even on fri day I lodged complaint and service team rep Mr Jitendra was there but not succeeded...then today since morning 10 am I am just behind DLP team but not yet resolved my issue and my study material should be reached by 16 Aug ( as promised by Neha ma'am, as per her 8 days it supposed to be delivered but till now i.e. today 13 aug 0130 pm that not even ready for despatch...so it's totally cheating till now i had called more than 60 times for each requirement which should reach us through mail automatically, DLP team not even co-operate my matter just disconnect my call, even the responsible manager too. Now at this juncture it is felt that I ma totally cheated ...when before payment call being done from DLP team 9-10 times in a single day but after payment they didn't even bother about basic discipline.pls do needful.
