Aakash Institute — Failure to provide access

We have paid for Aakash for JEE + class 11 and 12 online coaching on March 13 2022 and they promised to give access for 10th grade too till the CBSE 10th exams get over. But the access was not given. Secondly the books and SD card of 10th and 11th have not been delivered as promised and we had to pursue a lot an in person collect them. When we raised the issue there was no response from Aakash. On April 7 2022 we raised the request to refund us back the money as we are not happy with the service and mentioned the above two failures to Aakash grievances, Aakash care, support Byju's and cancellation team of Aakash too. We have been sending reminders on the email, but no response for it too. They just responded that they would call us back in 24 hrs. But till 27 May no response. We require our money to be refunded back due to failure in delivery of service.
