My son Jasir Jafar Ali registered on 4th of September for foundation Grade 9 and 10 hasnt started his classes till date as per Saudi timings which should be evening batch.
The counsellor was Aman Mishra .
Iam emailing third time and have wasted several dollars calling on helpline.
Nothing has been resolved so far.
I have raised this issue with the following ticket numbers

Also through email the complaints Ticket Number 00665715 & Subject Ticket number 0064204 have not been resolved.
How can such big organisation be ignoring a customer even though the paymant was done 12 days earlier.
I hope this email will solve my ptoblems.

I received 2 to 3 emails from Fresh Desk saying the issue has been resolved if so then then why hasn't my son started his classes.
