Aakash Institute — Fees paid in lockdown

Sir/madam I have taken admission in Aakash institute for two years 11 and 12 so I have done full course of class 11 and as there was a lockdown in starting of class 12 so I am not able to understand as much in online .

Sir / madam I want the money to be refunded of class 12 technological fee, AC fees, tuition fee because of my financial problem please help for me to be money to be refunded of 12 class one year course

I will be so thankful for the Aakash institute of money would be refunded.
