Respected sir/madam,
I am parent of Adwita Rai, who recently took admission for three year course (8th Std - 10 Std) PSID [protected] at Golibar Maidan, Pune branch. While taking admission, I was clearly informed by the counsellor and branch head that a Tablet will be provided once the first payment is done. But now, I am being informed that it's not part of the course we have taken. Miscommunication has been done and that's totally not acceptable from a renowned institution. The branch is imparting this to human error. If this is how parents are being misguided as part of marketing gimmick then how would we build trust or refer others for this institute. The expectation from Aakaash is at least you have well-educated staff/counsellors who have all information about the course you provide. I came to Aakaash with high expectations, but I am sorry to say it has been distasteful. I would request to please look into this matter and provide appropriate resolution without any biases.
