Hello sir/ma'am
Myself Monisha Manogaran Gowander, went to aakash institute maninagar Ahmedabad for one month didn't liked the services and took a decision of leaving the coaching.Also, due to some sudden financial condition at home i couldn't afford the fees.
Now that I'm leaving the classes and informed the staff members, the assistant manager told my parents to pay 40000₹.
They gave me two options, when i went first for admission
1) 42000 down payment
2) EMI option with down payment of 20000 which i paid
I opt for emi as it seemed to be wise choice. Those people took loan without informing me, and now are saying to pay such big amount .
The loan was of 1 lakh, given by propelld to aakash institute but now that I'm leaving the manager said we will just returned 32000/- to propelld, rest amount will be deducted from my bank, that is sum of 42000/-
My total loss is of 60000/-including my registration amount
I went for a month, i request you to take a solution for my matter
