Aakash Institute — Not responded by the team

My name is Fariha Adib and again i have to say that no respond on my refund issue had been given to me till now.
I had taken admission in aakash institute in August 14th and on August 16th i had paid Rs 41760/- after paying my full fee i had got my SD cards aakash institute booklets after one month. When i got my SD card after seeing the videos within 20 days i had applied for refund . I got my SD card in 14 or 16th Sep and on 1st Oct i had applied for refund.

I am a patient of TB and i am facing so many problems regarding to my health like breathing problem, stomach ache for which i had dropped my this year. And for this reason i had asked with the institute to refund me.

I had applied for refund on 1st October but they didn't listen to me after requesting so many times they refund me on 9th November but only Rs16147/- which not 50%also. I asked with the team where my amount had been deducted? He replied me
"See we have consider your refund request as an exceptional case and refund amount calculated based on the pro rata charges" after hearing this i said him Ok. But i want to know why only this much amount are given back to me? How can they do like this with me becoz i had applied within one month. So how?

Even i didn't attend aakash live. In 1 or 2 month i never attend the live class only for single day just for 15 minutes i had attended the live class. In Live class audio is not coming in my phone .

First of all i got my study material after one month after paying the full the fee in which one of my SD card was missing . When i tell this to team they replied me SD-7 is ur SD-2 but SD-2 is different nd SD-7 is different.
Their contents are totally different. I got incomplete SD card also.

A big problem which i faced is that when i am calling on aakash educational services limited number it was always busy for 10-15 days continuosly i called continously for10-15 days but not a single day i got connected.

nd the issues are also not solved by the team in a proper way.

I'm sorry to say this "HOW BIG THIS INSTITUTE ARE BUT VERY CARELESS . SERVICES ARE VERY WORST."

Why they don't have the policy that we can talk on refund issues through call. Why only we can mail and can't get connect with the refund team through call?

I want my money back in 70%-75% .

I am requesting you kindly to look into my matter seriously and return back my money .
