My son got enrolled in Aakash online JEE in Feb 2022. He was assigned 11std classes in February and in March they mailed saying the 12th std classes will resume in few days to weeks. We kept calling, checking our mails and my son in his log-in, no intimation of such was given. They in fact frustratingly told that when the class starts, they will inform. So we stop calling for a while and on May 8th, we called and they said the batch started from April 25th and the recorded videos will be available soon, your son needs to catch up. The recorded videos were also not available due to technical glitch they said and it would be rectified soon. I said "My son is already on Byju's and since the recorded videos and materials are not good enough, I put him in online class in Aakash, you are again asking him to see recorded videos. Why was he not informed about the batch earlier. We are not paying less to treat us secondary. You put him in a fresh batch." Until now, no concrete response from them. Every time a new mentor calls and says the problem will be rectified and he will soon be put on fresh batch, but till date, I did not get any. I mailed to the grievances team also, no response. We are becoming pathetic victims of such big giants. Please get us our money back. I sincerely hope the board will take action against them and protect parents like us.
