Dear sir my son anmolpreet singh had appeared in anthe senior. He scored rank 3387 for medical stream class xi. On 10th of dec 2016, i received a call from aakash institute jalandhar to submit rs 11500 saying that last date. I immediately rushed to institute and gave a cheque of rs 11500 and same was deducted from my account. I was not told anything about the non refund of money. My son has not attended any class in institute. I approached institute on 20/04/2017 for refund. I want my money back. I will be forced to move to consumers court if my hard money not refunded..

Dear sir, during recent special offer of Rs. 5000 at aakash I immediate made registration of my daughter (UNAIZA MOHI ANSARI) for 1 year class room study at LUCKNOW-Hazratganj Aakash centre for NEET & AIIMS during[protected] and paid Rs. 1000 by credit card at Aakash portal and received Voucher ID:NEET[protected]. I clearly mentioned the Selected Centre at Uttar-Pradsh-Lucknow-Hazratganj during registration.

My elder daughter who is studying at Integral University Lucknow received a call from Aakash Lucknow- Hazratganj centre asked her to visit and deposit Rs. 11500 immediate in order to get offer Rs.5000 benefits and gave their bank account number, my daughter informed me for immediate payment.

Since I am living in Saudi Arabia I opened Aakash portal and opened UNAIZA MOHI ANSARI page and saw their asking amount Rs. to pay then I paid Rs. 11500 by credit card and received registration no. AESPL[protected] from Aakash portal.

After few days my elder daughter received a call from Aakash Lucknow-hazratganj centre for the payment status then my daughter informed them that my father has already paid money online then she said why paid to Aakash portal and asked to get back amount from Aakash Delhi and transfer to Aakash Lucknow-Hazratganj account only, then I myself called Aakash Lucknow-Hazratganj centre and informed them that I have paid Rs. 11500 on Aakash portal then she said now it is not possible them to get back to their accopunt and asked me to contact Aakash Delhi to refunfd the money and transfer to Aakash Lucknow-Hazratganj account. I called several times to Aakash Delhi but did no get response and sent mails to Aakash e-mails but till now did not get response hence decided to bring the fact to compalint forum.

In view of above it is requested to direct Aakash delhi to solve the matter mutually with their Lucknow-hazratganj centre by theri own means or refund the amount to my credit card so that I can transfer the amount to aakash Lucknow-Hazratganj account.
