[Resolved]  Aakash Institute — refund of wrong security deposit amount

I have made a security deposit of rs.2000/- for my son when he was admitted to foundation programme at rajajinagar branch of bengaluru on 15/03/2017. The institute has arranged after continuous follow up for 5 months, refund of rs.1397/- (Rs. One thousand three hundred ninty seven only) with a reason that gst has been deducted. There is no gst applicable on refundable security deposits and institute has not given any bifurcation/explanation for deduction of the amount. This is the way corporate training institutes cheating the people and making money. PSID: [protected] dated 15/03/2017
