Aakash Institute — Regarding negligence about admission

I had enrolled yesterday morning to ur Rajajinagar institute but ur people didn't gave any updates about admission, classes I am very disappointed by this sir. Actually I had called 12 times to ur people but they told me that they will call back but till now I didn't get a call from ur people. Already classes are started what can I do now . I am very upset by this kind of negligence .please solve this or pls refund my money .I believe that u people help me in this case.
