I sent the below letter to aakash institute, rajajinagar branch, bengalore,
And also sent e mail in july-2018, but till date no information about any refund of my money. I even called so many calls, but no positive answer
Whether refund will get or not, even i spoke to branch head but no use.
I request you please confirm about refund

Sub : request for refund our amount.
I would like to inform you that, my son akarsh. From tumkur, has been admitted for jee two year coaching course,
On 30 th / june.2018, only for week end classes (Saturdy and sunday) in your instituite, at the time of discussion with your counsellor at your center, we were not awre of any policy about refund and not informed to us,
Only we dicussed the fees structure, timings, about course and any discount percentage. We paid 3 cheques. Cheque#1. For amount rs.67481 dated.30/06/2018
Cheque#2. For rs.27, 081=00 dtd.08/08/2018 and cheque#3. Rs 27, 081 =00 dtd.08/10/2018,
We have not recieved any detailed fee structure, what all included, also not received recepts. Because of time shortage (May be closing time)
My son attended his 1st class on 01/07/2018, sunday, after a week he attended 0n 07/07/2018, (Saturday)
And 08/08/2018. (Sunday), only 3 days classes he attended, we have not informed when your batches commenced, (On which date batch is commenced)
Due to our personal reasons and student inconvenience to travel a long distance, he cannot attend the classes from 9 th, july, 2018,
This has been informed to you on 09/07/2018 at your office, when i visited personally to your aakash institute, rajajai nagar, bengalore. On 9th /july/2018 around 1.30 pm.
I requested you to refund the paid amount, you accepted my request and received the letter and refund forms for refund process. And i received the post dated 2 cheques from your accounts,
But you are not confirmed the amount to be refund and how much maximum days will be taken to get refund.
We paid the saved amont in my sb account from years time for my son studies, if you deduct more amount out of 67, 481=00, (This amount is already transfed to your a/c) this will be very very difficult for to maintain for furthur studies, we will be in financial trouble, for his future studies,
This will affect my son's further studies, i am a small bussiness peson, i will be helpless.
So i request you please deduct a small amount for 3 classes attended, charges for 3 books, and a bag given to my son. And please refund remaining amount out of 67, 481=00. As early as possible.
This is my sincere request. I hope you can understand our situation, please help by processing our refund request asap. Kindly obilige.
