I a student of neet booster test series phase1 + 2 of akash dlp

I have two complaints with you:

1) I had purchased the course later in April. That's why I have most of the tests of phase 1 of the test series in the missed test section.

But after the announcement of the final mock test series, my phase 1 remaining tests are no longer available.
Who gave you the right to remove them??

I had made full payment and it's my right to attempt them whenever I want to attempt.

MAKE THE MISSED AS WELL AS COMPLETED TEST OF PHASE 1 AVAILABLE TO ME. (IT'S NOT A REQUEST IT'S THE COSTUMER'S DEMAND)

2) And the second problem is that the test questions of "final test series for neet" and "final mock test series for neet" are EXACTLY SAME.

I need not provide you with the proof.

You can check the questions of
11A and 11B from "final test series for neet" and "1, 2" test from "final mock test series".
These are exactly the same..

What's wrong with you??

One more problem is there

You had promised me earlier to provide the pdf of the test mentioned as "home assignment " in neet booster test series phase 2 at the time of purchase, but now you have changed them to online test?

It's not you but me that has paid you for the services.. So it's your duty to provide me services as you had promised.

CONCLUSION:

1) The test from phase 1 of the test series MUST be restored as it is, in my test section.

2) The test from "final mock test series" MUST contain DIFFERENT questions from the previous tests.

3) pdf of the test if possible should be provided.
At least you should provide me with a pdf of the phase 1 test series so that I can attempt the remaining one and revise the old.

IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE ME WITH REFUND OF THE REMAINING TEST.
THAT'S IT !
