I am disappointed to inform you that once again, you have failed to fulfill your promises. It has been over a year since you assured me reimbursement for the Air Ticket Amount within 60 days, as stated on April 25th, 2022. However, more than 365 days have passed, and nothing has been done. Your commitments have remained unfulfilled, and all I have received from you are false assurances.
I made a payment of 1.5 Lacs upfront, yet your casual approach and services have prevented me from utilizing the services even once. Furthermore, both of your supposedly good resorts, Shoghi and Dalhousie, have permanently shut down. It seems that I have entrusted my money to fraudulent individuals.
Enough is enough, and I cannot tolerate this any longer. If all of my pending issues are not resolved within the next 7 days, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action and seek my rights, which I have already paid for.
