I am disappointed to inform you that once again, you have failed to fulfill your promises. It has been over a year since you assured me reimbursement for the Air Ticket Amount within 60 days, as stated on April 25th, 2022. However, more than 365 days have passed, and nothing has been done. Your commitments have remained unfulfilled, and all I have received from you are false assurances.
I made a payment of 1.5 Lacs upfront, yet your casual approach and services have prevented me from utilizing the services even once. Furthermore, both of your supposedly good resorts, Shoghi and Dalhousie, have permanently shut down. It seems that I have entrusted my money to fraudulent individuals.
Enough is enough, and I cannot tolerate this any longer. If all of my pending issues are not resolved within the next 7 days, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action and seek my rights, which I have already paid for.
Consider this my final email and a warning.

Fraud trave and tour packages company
This is regarding complaint against ''The Boutique Club'' (Off address: Unit 225A, B Second Floor, Vipul Agora Mehrauli - Gurugram Road Sec-28, Gurugram - 122001.
They forced me to take their Holiday services membership of Rs. 70000/-.
In June 2019 at hotel taj chandigarh
I asked many times to give me tour package but they denied that it is not available
I lodged a complaint in police station filed a case in consumer court but their address is fake.Nobody respond ed on their given adress.
but later I found they all are fraud address phone number etc.
Initially in 2020 I asked them to cancel it and refund my money but they said it cannot be cancelled and do whatever you want. Then in 2021 I filed a case against them in consumer court but summon can't be served due to fraud address of company.

They forced me to take their Holiday services membership of Rs. 45, 000/-. They asked for my Debit Card and said only Rs. 1 will be deducted from your card and if you do not want this service, so you can cancel it, but later I found they all are fraud and my EMI has started.
I asked them to cancel it but they said it cannot be cancelled and do whatever you want. They threatened me. Do not take their service, else you will be in big trouble. I have already done FIR again them and again will be visiting police station.

I received many calls (including watsapp msg) from someone pretending to be from Aamod group namely seema and Girish. They called up to visit a hotel in Chandigarh, saying they would give a free 2N/3D trip along with other freebies. we finally ended up paying for 2 year membership with membership id TBCD3C10467 on 8th July, 2019.

I am also member of The Boutique Club and they offer me 03 Year 49500/- but every time they reject my booking or said hotel is closed Ms. Samita is Fooling a lots of People please spread everywhere in social media is a White collar Thugs

Dispatch of rara voucher
I've mailed several times on '[protected]@theboutiqueclub.in' to remind you about the mail but, no response at all. I've already given soft copy of the contract ID, address and contact details that you asked.
Despite of giving reminders, you didn't reply. The service is highly condemnable and seems to be require an intrusion from the consumer court.

Its a fake company and no body respond you, highly unprofessional employees when asked them about booking they said u are not able to avail holidays. I take this membership in last 9th feb2020 and till date i am not even avail a single holiday.I already paid 95000 rs and nobody bother.And company employee said that their is no refund process of this membership and if you want to file case against our company then you have to come to gurugramcourt. I stopped paying further.But if its a huge group like club mahindra then why there is no refund process.Totally fake commitments.I highlight this issue and i want my money back at any cost.

Worst decision I ever made to purchase their membership plan and waste my money. They are advising me to travel in covid times when risk is high. I have given them my HARD EARNED MONEY. I want extension or my refund . They never pick calls, always busy, never call back

Payment not received after withdrawal since 2020
I withdrawn my membership with in a week and got confirmation on mail as well. But... after doing regular followups on mail and calls they have not returned the amount. And mow they are not answering on calls and mail.

Aamod Resort -denying for booking and refund.
I bought the mebership of boutique club in 27th may 2019. I have travelled once in 2019 only. Due to covid I cound not use it after that. Now I am approaching for booking but no way to cntact them as email is also pending from days, I suspect that all the properties at the time of membership were fraud. There are no customer care no now, all their contact no's are not working and even website is down.
I am having conversation with one of the employee of boutique club who was in touch from start, he is giving diffrent different reasons everytime we call and is dyning with reason that only three properties are open and those are pack, In short they do not have any properties. Even asking for diffrent payments to be done as AMC and other. When I ask for refund they are refusing to do so.
My hard earned money is in dump. Please help me to get my refund or suggest if I can sue it in consumer court.

I have bought the member ship in 2018 Oct I have traveled once and after lockdown they are now saying they have only 4 property and they will come up with more. Means all properties they showed us is all fraud now we want to travel and they are not suggesting any good property . Please refund my money or we will lodge the complain they have eaten up all money

Tarangan Travels Pvt. Ltd. (The boutique club) called us to Drink N Dine restraunt Dwarka for free stay vouchers in Aamod Resorts on 28th June 2021. When we went there, they convinced us to buy their 3 year package for Rs. 47500. We requested to withdraw from their services on 29th June itself.
According to the contract that we signed, we can withdraw within 10 days with 28% deduction, which is wrong as we have not availed any of their services. Even then, we are agreed to take this loss but they are still refusing to consider our cancellation request.
We want our refund as it is clearly mentioned in our contract.

This is the most corrupted, ill, fake company brand I have ever come across. They called for free vouchers, invited us. Convinced us with pure false commitments with long presentation, then they had us tired for the day. And made us took that membership and purely conned us. It was hard earned money, they are doing to hundreds of people. Someone stop them. Please help out. It is my hard earned money. I could buy medicines with it for someone in need.

I bough two different packages totaling 180000. They said we have 35 days cancellation. We contacted within 35 days but they kept of denying since then. We have not taken any service so far and will never take but refund still being denied. Sumita choudhary one of their adamant lier is hanging up phone on us. Anyone plz help

Hi, i have taken membership from them. After 2 months, when i told them for a booking, they rejected by saying they have maintenance work going on and they need 15-20 days prior notification but on same dates i found that it was open for people as i was in same city.
Now after 4 months, i sent mail to do booking for jaipur. I have sent booking request 45-50 days in advance. I have sent 19 reminders to them but they didn't respond to any of those mail. Customer care is also not picking up the calls.

They are the most fraud people i have ever met in my life. We took a holiday package from them with which whenever we try to book they either don't respond or if they do would never book the property. Gave us fake promises and information about what all services they will provide. They don't give any service, don't give you any bookings, fool people, no customer support, absolutely useless staff. I have been calling them for a money refund. No response. Nothing. Please no one take there service

False people, ill mannered behaviour please save your money and invest in some good place or plan, don't go for [censored]heads like these. Please go for trusted memberships like club mahindra, jw marriot and etc not for some cheap price #. I was attracted by the offer of getting around 7 holidays...

not replying to my emails and my calls
Hi, i have taken aamod - the boutique club membership 1.5 years ago. And i travelled only once till now. But now i am planning to book aamod property and these people are not replying. I have emailed them on 24th july about the dates availability in dalhousie resort for which i am planning to go on 30th aug. But its been around more than 15 days they not replying to my emails and when i call them on these two numbers [protected] &[protected], its the same lady who pick the call and everytime she said you will revert back on email.. We cannot get bookings on the call...
I dont know what to do now.. They saying they cannot take booking on call but they are not replying on emails even.. I have sent 5-6 times follow up emails as well

regarding fraud call regarding free vouchers, couple, movies pass free 2n/3d tour

I watched movie at saphhire mall, gurgaon on dtd 28.07.2019. A representative of aamod resort filled a form as token and told me of lucky draw.
Than on dtd 29.07.2019, a call received from aman verma from mobile number[protected]. He told me that i have been selected for free tour from aamod resort. He sent me the location of shop no ug 12, mgf metropolis mall, gurgaon, boutique club.
He said that i will get three coupon from aamod resort free of cost.
Message received as from aman verma is as gven below:-

I had visited to the location and there was office of boutique club, aamod resort. They had given 45 minutes presentation but not given any coupon as promised by them.

Representative met me at boutique club, aamod resort office at mgf metropolis, gurgaon was mrs sonali.
Than on dtd 29.07.2019, a call received from aman verma from mobile number[protected]. He told me that i have been selected for free tour from aamod resort. He sent me the location of shop no ug 12, mgf metropolis mall, gurgaon, boutique club.
He said that i will get three coupon from aamod resort free of cost.
Message received as from aman verma is as gven below:-

Given me membership on 20/10/2018 bearing no tbcd3c20085 for 3 years with facility in resorts for 4 nights in each year. At that time the agnt ms sunanda sharma told me where to you want to go holidays during the year. I told i want to go jagannath puri. They told me that our company will book your destination from dae and shown me dae sight toshali sands. Secnond agent came mr. Ankit assure me that no dae and annual charges will be taken from me. I taken membership for three years by paying rs. 52, 000/- since november 2018 i am asking them for booking. I programmed to visit jagannath puri on 18/12/2018, but they did not booked it. Then i given date of booking from 20/01/2019 to 23/01.2019 for nights. On 2nd january 2019 after two months of my correspondence and several calls, they booked my room at hotel petal regency for three nights through make my trip whose room rent is mere rs. 1900/-. It is for information booking not made from dae but from make my trip and that too short by one night. Both does not comply with for which i was given membership. I taken the matter with ms wafa and mr. Girish ranjan, branch manager at chandigarh. Ms wafa straightly refused to extend the time as per their contact though it was not made in toshali sands at jagannath puri. Mr. Girish assuring me since 2nd jan 2019 that i will give you the extention of one day, but till date on 16th janaury 2019 it is not done. My journey to jaganath puri fixed on 18th jan. 2019 by trail which will reach thereat on 20/01/2019 and return thereforom on 24/01/2019. They given me membership for booking hotels from dae but are booking it from make my trip. Can i indiviual cannot booked the hotel from make my trip. Had it given them amount of rs. 52, 000/- for booking a hotel at price of rs. 1900/- per day and that too short of my stay thereat. They defrauded me. Please help me to get the refund from them.

They called us for free voucher. Then started their 3 hrs meeting (Which lasted for about 45 mins). They were so adamant and were willing to do anything to make you buy their membership and reduced price to make us fall us into their trap. Today is the last day and so on..
They said we are giving you membership of dae and free vouchers of food and spa (Which they dont show you) i repeatedly asked them can you please tell us any conditions applied but they didn't (No mam there are no hidden condition) they create a false image with their words. I ended up paying 90, 000 rs because they fooled me and what i get is those free vouchers (Even the free voucher was not free.) which were valid for just 1 year in addition they were applicable on paying minimum charges. They don't respond to your emails. One year gone by and those vouchers expired. I asked the aamod people how can a person spend these 45, 000 rs vouchers and dae and use them within a year when all they give is max 7 days to travel a year. You should be penitent of fooling people of their hard earned money.in addition to us paying the 90, 000 they ask you pay maintenance charges (7500). They are fake don't fall onto their words. The guy shakti (Manager) was so sweet until we bought the membership and after that he didn't bother to respond to call and answer our queries. I request you to please share it as much as you can so that others are not fooled and lose their money. Its been one year but i haven't used any of the vouchers and so i want a refund to my money.

On 27th July’19 I have been called to ITC Welcome hotel situated at Dwarka in New Delhi. Find my issue below.
• There is person called Priyanka and Reema who forced me to take there membership of Rs. 45000/- for Amodh Resort in regard to the travelling (accommodation in hotel).

Hi i visited central mall for my usual shopping and was cornered into filling up a form to win a free holiday. I then was harrassed and chased by the phone calls of pooja to come with my husband and collect the so called free gifts. As it turns out nothing was free. We entered the mall on mg road and went to a dingy shop which this company had with taken on rent. Last week i have been fooled by aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 90000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When i asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when i made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. When i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.
I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.
They are completely fraud.
I need my money back.
Please help

Aamod is horrible. I visited halidram and was trapped by someone telling me that if i fill this form i get a free gift. Therefore thinking it was halidram i did and next thing i saw i was in a dingy office being given a foreceful presentation with [censored]ty looking girls around and being forced to swipe my credit card. One girl who looked very shady appears to be the head started to force up to pay 1.2 lacs and said there is an emi of 8000 a month. They showed us all these gifts that did not exist to our surprise. After this we ended up paying 20k. This money o[censored]s has gone waste and when we went back the next to day to get our money back. They literally threatened us and sent us away. To my surprise there were more innocent people around being frauded. Im posting a petiion with the government to shut aamod resorts and sent the owners to jail. Im sure this trap will not last and these people will soon run away after collection enough money. Make sure you do not go and attend.

Its a fake company and no body respond you, highly unprofessional employees when asked them about booking they said u are not able to avail holidays. I take this membership in last 9th feb2020 and till date i am not even avail a single holiday.I already paid 95000 rs and nobody bother.And company employee said that their is no refund process of this membership and if you want to file case against our company then you have to come to gurugramcourt. I stopped paying further.But if its a huge group like club mahindra then why there is no refund process.Totally fake commitments.I highlight this issue and i want my money back at any cost.

I have bought the membership (number TBCD3C10213) from chandigarh and been offered 5 years plan with stay in 4 to 5 star hotels but when I got my documents it's only for 3 years, secondly the booked hotels are not even 3 stars and out of the list they given to us. The person Nitin and Pinki who sold us the membership offered us the stay in punnamada resort (kerla) but booked us for another hotel which I refused to stay. Then the customer service team started saying I am the one who agreed to this hotel where as I was only convinced by them because of punnamada resort to buy the membership. Now the whole team is not answering my phone and emails including the customer service. The whole process of booking a hotel with them was so stressful.All I want now is full refund for my money paid as I don't trust them anymore.

Moral is if you won't take the membership they will give you nothing so just ignore such fraud company.

My self Rajesh jain from panchkula my member ship id isTBCD3C10180, I Purchased this membership on 12th jan 2018, at that time they promised us that they will provide two free coupens (holiday vouchers) but when we tried to book for holiday they denied every time . and they said that in this season we can not book for you. Then this pandemic came and they stopped answering calls and none of the number is working now. We had given the amount of Rs 50000/-

They will call you for free voucher. Then they will start with their 3 hrs meeting (Which they said would be of 45 mins). They will do anything to make you buy their
Membership and will fall price to any level. Even they (Aamod resort agents) came to our home when we didn't got convinced to sell it.
They (Aamod resort agents) said 4 adults can travel but then they asked rs1250 per night for 4th adult per night which would just double the cost of membership. They

Again they changed the available dates and son on. This all happened continuously for 5 days with no result. Even they didn't picked our calls for several days.
Then we sent a mail for cancellation of membership, so he said you just take your request back and we will immediately provide you the booking.
So, i did the same but nothing happened in our favour. Now finally we have lost all our money which is non refundable according to their policy (Aamod resort). I

Aamod a BIG BIG FRAUD company with full of fraudsters. Dont ever trust any guy from Aamod. I bought there one year membership in Feb 2017 and as per there executives, I was provided with 2 holidays of 2 nights and 3 days each in any of there resort for an year plus food vouchers worth rps 5000 free without any term and condition plus extention of my free voucher validity from 6 months to 1 year and so I paid rps 18750 to them.In August I planned a trip to Kerela and it was then when i came to know there unlimited terms and conditions. First of all the resorts they showed to us in there catalogue were not the same and they told that our membership voucher is limited to certain 2-3 resorts only that too without any meal. Second the food vouchers which were free to us were also under some terms nd conditions. And i finally made up my mind and booked a resort in udaipur and they again told me that my free voucher is being extended to 1 year which i can prevail after my udaipur trip.After coming back i mailed them for my next trip but then they refused me by saying that my voucher has expired. Even after talkin to them again and again they didnt accepted there executive's commitment. And when i asked them to book my last trip which was left in my membership they again refused by saying that we are only giving 2 nights and 3 days in 18750 rps. And all there representatives had already left after making this fraud. That means i was paying rps 18750 for just 2 nights and 3 days for 2 adults without any meal for there rubbish resort.
They are completely fraud. You were fooled after visiting their resorts. We didn't even got a chance to visit even once. They kept on fooling us for booking and many other lies.
You just said you will talk to us, but haven;t taken any action. We have Just lost 50, 000. They are totally fraud.

Fraud AAMOD IS HORRIBLE. I visited Halidram and was trapped by someone telling me that if i fill this form I get a free gift. Therefore thinking it was halidram I did and next thing i saw I was in a dingy office being given a foreceful presentation with [censored]ty looking girls around and being forced to swipe my credit card. One girl who looked very shady appears to be the head started to force up to pay 1.2 Lacs and said there is an EMI of 8000 a month. They showed us all these gifts that did not exist to our surprise. After this we ended up paying 20k. This Money o[censored]s has gone waste and when we went back the next to day to get our money back. They literally threatened us and sent us away. To my surprise there were more innocent people around being Frauded. Im posting a petiion with the government to shut Aamod Resorts and sent the owners to Jail. Im sure this trap will not last and these people will soon run away after collection enough money. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO AND ATTEND.

Hi I visited central mall for my usual shopping and was cornered into filling up a form to win a free holiday. I then was harrassed and chased by the phone calls of Pooja to come with my husband and collect the so called free gifts. As it turns out nothing was free. We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop which this company had with taken on rent. Last week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 90000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.
I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.
They are completely fraud.
I need my money back.

We have received the same call for scratch Lucky voucher. Same kind of propaganda they are creating with innocent people. They call to give you samsung mobile/Laptop/Surat Diamond/holiday voucher. But in all cases you find only holiday voucher when you scratch any card. They are traping in name of rest gift options. Actually they are traping innocent people to get their membership by creating drama in hotels. One thing more important they will call you to accompany one female member, so that they can create scene to convince you.

Exactly same thing happened to us. Only difference is that we had the membership on 21st Jan 2019 and I have requested the cancellation on 24rth Jan 2019 timely as per the process.
Still they instead of simply cancelling it had put so many things in the email and told that even though we were eligible for full refund they had to deduct almost 29k from the actual 50k amount I paid to them.
They just play with human emotions and as I have been kept saying it's costing my wife's health. I do not want to continue anymore and please initiate my full refund.

As it turns out nothing was free. We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop . this week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 95000 rs.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.
i want to cancel my membership.I need my money back.

Also requesting govt. officials and Auditing team to please take action against such agencies or have the norms such that they won't refuse customers in having the refund of their hard earned money. When you visit they say they have all the provisions for customer benefits and the cancellation process is one of them. Won't believe I have almost 40 email communication with them when it was just a matter of few minutes or hours to take the action and close the issue as family was not interested in this offer, anymore.

What a heck. Harassment at it's best. No emotions, no acceptance only business and that too on the cost of people's trust.
When I requested timely for cancellation on 24rth Jan 2019 they did not accept it and now accepting it with the date of 19th Mar 2019 and deducting almost 65% of my money as per the below note I received via email, from the 50k I paid them.
" Total deduction of Rs.33, 000/- balance Rs.17, 000/- will be refunded to you through cheque mode in 920 working days from the date of receiving cancellation. "
Note: See they mentioned balance amount to be refunded in 920 working days...HAHAHAHHHA..
PLEASE REFUND OUR WHOLE HARD EARNED MONEY.

We had made the initial request on 24rth Jan, so please initiate the REFUND as per that and obliged us, if you guys are really serious on our concern.

We entered the mall on MG road and went to a dingy shop which this company had with taken on rent. Last week I have been fooled by Aamod. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership of 60000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.
Their sales representatives are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.
Actually I take this memberships for my honeymoon in Phuket but when I reached for my booking they reply after 15 days and said you need to pay 25000/- for these resorts but when I checked that resorts I get it only in Rs20876/- just looked how they cheat with customer means I have to pay Rs 70, 000 instead of 20, 876 then why should I go with Aamod, when I told him to return back to my money they simply say you talk to customer care in company.
I have only way to this moment to go with police station or court otherwise kill these rascal so these people not harassing the poor and innocent people.
I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.
They are completely fraud.

Hi, I am Aakash kapoor. I took membership from Gurgaon and finally got it in 60000 for 12 nights with no EMI cost + Toshiba LED.. also a DAE membersip which i was about to receive in 45 days.. but till today i had not received the DAE membersip. Now the main concern is when i got call from customer care Mr. Nitin Alexender who sold me the membership immediately told me that he will personally reimburse the EMI cost and ask to tell customer care that i have not gone for EMI.. and i did the same.. total cost of EMI is 7101(approx). Now he is not picking my phone.. please guide what can i do?? Also note his contact details[protected]... Attaching a screenshot of chatimg with him.. he is a very irresponsible.

Now first thing as per customer care information member had some issues regarding booking (requested on peak season) and counts of nights, which was clearly resolved, as member was provided booking at Bhimtal also count of nights and he was petty satisfied and was willing to post a positive review over google, till 2nd May, 2019 member was in touch of customer care, but after that he never raised a concern regarding DAE enrollment, LED or Interest amount / EMI.
We initiate 2 layer verification to maintain complete transparency, now member never mentioned anything over call or form as he has accepted, however he is completely entitled for the LED and DAE enrollment if still not done, we will initiate a call to member and resolve the concern at the earliest.

Do not go for it in any case and they tried their best to trap you but its their job to make money but things changes dramatically when you give money to them .Poor service and poor response .
Their representative language is different and after giving money they are not in picture and handover the case to their corporate and they are smart enough to prove that this is your fault .

I am continuously writing mails regarding refund and tried many times on phone calls but not a single response from their side. So i request to all who are in process to take their membership please revert me and I will share all my details and guide you.

Please don't take membership of boutique club they will never provide confirm booking, i have sent more than 5 booking requests but all were rejected by reservation team it's shocking BEWARE, to cross-check i have directly called aamod at shoghi reception they said dates are available for booking but reservation team of boutique club told dates are not available. I am trapped after taking membership on assurance of good service from sales manager (Miss pinki bora) now she is behaving like she don't care of his members.
