Would like to bring to your notice the Medical Negligence by Aarthi Scans and Labs’ branch in Hyderabad – Panjagutta.
I wanted to complain about complete unprofessionalism shown by the staff at punjagutta center, in handling My fathers tests.
The treadmill mall functioned, he was thrown away on running thread mill and the the lab staff weren't active enough to stop the machine while he was going through TMT. He is a senior citizen, 67 yrs, he got bruises on his knees and ankles. He is in shock and pain, traumatized.There was NO cardiologist available during the TMT.
We already are stressed due to his mild heart aches. Dr recommended to undergo certain tests. Which failed miserably at panjagutta branch.
Today our cardiologist confirmed that he had a mild heart attack a day before he took the TMT, if a cardiologist was present while taking the test he would have stopped the test after seeing his ECG. He could have got a heart attack, right there on the treadmill!
God forbid if something unfortunate had happened, we would have lost him.I'm not sure if the teams out there are medically trained except I found the bill collectors and admin staff are pretty prompt in making bills and collecting money.
I would like to know where else can I complain about this and make sure that no one else face this situation ever again. I am attaching a detailed report of the unfortunate incident. Please let me know how to go about this. They don't deserve to have a license and should not be accredited for good quality. Was this information helpful? |
