I have not recieved blood till now. I have given blood test on 8th feb 2024 for progesterone .i have not recieved till now the report till now. So arrogant response from receptionist to wait for five more days and deliberately neglected before our face. Even after repeating calling also no proper response and fed up

This is the first time we are undergoing a full body checkup (along with my husband) in our early thirties. I paid Rs.1600 (excluding GST) for each o[censored]s at Aarthi scans and lab, Porur branch. It was my worst ever experience being myself a Doctor.
Apart from the Blood tests and urine test, our main focus was on X-ray, ECG and Ultrasound (Abdomen and Pelvis).

I consulted my doctor and they said that the test was to he done on an empty stomach When I asked the staff whether or not the test was supposed to be done in an empty stomach they said it can be done either way. Would like to bring to your notice the Medical Negligence by Aarthi Scans and Labs’ branch in Hyderabad – Panjagutta.

I booked for a blood test in Aarthi scans Chennai, mylapore branch by paying a sum of Rs. 940/- on 28.07.2020. The blood test was to be conducted as per the representation of the Aarthi Scans on 28.07.2020. However despite calls and representations made by me to Aarthi Scans there was no test conducted till date.

Given the fact that there was no conduction of test, I demanded that my money be repaid to me, as it clearly amounted to unjust enrichment. However despite several WhatsApp and calls made on dates 28.07.2020, 31.07.2020, 05.09.2020, 09.08.2020 and 11.08.2020, I have not yet received the refund from Aarthi Scans.

Further, one Ms. Poornima promised to issue the refund within a week, however it has been two weeks since and I have received no refund.

Owing to this, I have missed my doctors appointment and I have been put to great difficulty owing to the constant follow up.

This is clearly misappropriation of my money and is squarely cheating within the provisions of section 403 of the IPC.

I hereby call upon you to pay a sum of Rs.940/- along with damages of Rs. 10,000/- for the mental agony suffered.
