The Aarthi scan is not proper responsible for customer(Vadapalani branch)
My Bill number 01056141/[protected] which test given based on the doctor description charged me the bill. But in the test result is not provided in the report.
if we raise the question said will provide you the missed result based on the yesterday blood test provided and same accepted but now taking into separate room and asking us to pay then only will provide the result.

charges are comparatively much lesser and my doctor is very much satisfied with their results. No issues
We had booked an appointment for a PET scan at 6 am and after they made us pay. They say that the contrast hasnt come and it would take 2 more hours. Four o[censored]s are in the waiting room with our family members (patients) waiting without food and some of them are diabetic. Pathetic service!
I booked appointment for 1st of May 2018 and reached Annanagar branch. On arrival, the counter staff tells me that the package which was discussed above doesn’t include mammogram & ultrasound and that there is only 1 blood sample collection. Upset and annoyed, I had to go for the package which included ultrasound abdomen scan priced at Rs. 1900 which was 400 rupees extra and paid the money. After the blood sample was given we were in for another shock - there was just one ultra sound abdomen scan pending while the brochure read there was a radiology test(2).
We came to know through the brochure that in other similar packages Radiology test (2) included X-ray & ECG, hence we were hoping to have them done but alas disappointment again. On checking we are informed that Radiology test (2) is ultra sound scan and physician consultation upon appointment and not X-Ray and ECG. One of the male staff states that it is printing mistake. What a lethargic and irresponsible attitude is this! On confronting as to why this wasn’t informed while payment or during enquiry they have no answers. The staff then asked me to wait while they discuss with their higher ups. Finally after 2 hrs of waste waiting, Ms. Sreeja, the branch Manager gives me a brilliant explanation that Radiology tests (2) means
1.Ultra sound abdomen scan.
2.Physician consultation upon appointment.
I am still amazed how physician consultation upon appointment would fall under the Radiology test category.
I should say I had the worst experience at Aarthi scans Annanagar. First for the wrong information and guidance, second for making me pay extra for no mistake of mine, third for hiding information from me and lurking me on a wrong package and fourth for wasting my time because of worstly informed staff, poor decision makers and non customer-friendly transactions.
I had to leave Aarthi scans with such physical, emotional, financial, psychological stress and strain due to ingenuine offers, poor operations, inefficient and a pathetic team.
After 2 days, I approached Avadi branch to collect my reports, were I was again upset to find incomplete reports. Out of the whole package, report contained only Ultra sound, remaining were missing.
After few days, I took the reports with my family physician, again a shock and disappointment. The Thyroid profile test includes T3, T4 & TSH as per package, but the report contained only TSH value and T3 & T4 values were missed.
When I called Ms. Sreeja asking her to confirm if the report included all the tests, she confirmed yes “the report contains all”. I asked her to verify my report and come back to me on the information of the missed ones and explanation of why did they miss, no call back from her. I’m still waiting for her response. With all this nasty stuff done by Aarthi scan, Annanagar, we could not hear a word apology or sorry from any of the staff for such a treatment.
