I am having s7 edge phone. I broke it mistakenly. I intimated claim on[protected], its been more than 1 month, process is in progress. There is no direct contact point other than mailing them and keep asking them about the status. For every step they take 6-7 or even more days to update on the site.
How long we need to wait for this??
There is no clarification about the document that they need for processing the claim. I tried calling them and mailing them but i didn't get proper response. Not any mail was replied. Was this information helpful? |
