Ii have claimed Iphone 7 for insurance the have not credited amount in my account from 4 months they are just fooling me from many days 10 days mai hogaa credit abhi hojayega nad all but on there website they are showing payment is done i have told many times that it is not credited they asked me for the bank statement also but there is response is in 10 days u will get now they are not receiving my call...

I am having s7 edge phone. I broke it mistakenly. I intimated claim on[protected], its been more than 1 month, process is in progress. There is no direct contact point other than mailing them and keep asking them about the status. For every step they take 6-7 or even more days to update on the site.
How long we need to wait for this??

I have a samsung s7 edge mobile insured with the mentioned company. The display of the device get damaged and so i lodged a request with the company on 28.07.2017.
The request was approved and i was asked to courier my device and all the original documents, which i did in the first week of september.
