I bought a mobile insurance and claimed for a repair in my samsung galaxy s8 phone. They approved my claim and asked me to send my mobile to them for repair. I sent my mobile on 7/11/2017. They clearly mentioned that the mobile will be repaired and returned in 10-15 working days. They asked me to pay rs. 1024 to move forward my claim procedure which i paid on 11/11/2017. After i paid, they are not replying properly to my phone calls just saying that the mobile is under repair. The mobile could be repaired in just one or two days but they have taken more than 20 days and still not notifying me about my phone or at what stage the procedure is. All i get to hear is that your phone is under repair and it will take time. I want to get my phone back as soon as possible.
