Hi, This is to inform you that I have not received by goods and we are Fred up of this horrible services of call center and customer service of yours. I order the canon printer on 1-Dec and received the text saying the delivery will be done in 5-7 working days which is obviously not done. Called on the 7th day and got the reply that the goods are out of stock and your EMI conversion is not done . Please contact your bank and we were just going in to fro condition from bank and customer service of yours . People sitting in your service center don't know the A B of your process. Finally I got my ordered cancelled and the cancellation request number[protected]. Order number was - 674617. I warn you to refund my money ASAP.
