I have purchased a roti maker on October `14 as file No. 8494294 of card No. 5177xxxxxxxx5000 of TXN date.01-Oct. 2014. The product is defect and on Electric shock while working this has reported to you in time and hence you have reported to return the cash. But you are not returned the cash yet. If you are not return the cash within two weeks on receipt this letter, I will constrained to file a case against you. This is the third letter in this connection
