Aavin Milk — Boot No C645 - Vengaivasal ( Point reference give milk for Card)

Good Morning
In Vengaivasal my nearest AAVIN Boot is C645. I went and enquired for buying Monthly Milk card, the AAVIN Boot person said he will not give the Boot number and he will not give milk. I went to Tambaram Aavin office to buy the monthly milk card and called the Boot person to get the Boot Number he refused to give the Boot Number and disconnected the phone. I managed to get the Boot Number and purchased the card. On 16th Aug 2020 when I went to Boot with card to get the Milk they where asking for Rs 50 per packet of milk as service charge. Today 17th Aug 2020 I again went to the Boot at 5:45 am to get the milk, they where asking for service charge of Rs50 per pack and I said their is no rule to give service charge. Boot Person is asking who gave you permission to buy Milk card, with out service charge he will not give milk and closed the Boot and went and told to come by 7am ( He also saing first sales should for cash and then only for Card ). Again I wen to Boot at 6:45am to get milk and waited till 7am. One Madam hope the Boot Person wife said same lines again.

Over and Above he sell all other brand milk product, Biscuits, Bread, Egg.
