When missed collecting milk, requested one packet for yesterday, the milk vendor was shouting that he cannot provide additional milk, provided we have to talk to the office(Ashok pillar parlour office where they provide cards). This is not the first time, he often creates something or other issues as if he is providing free service or milk. For emergencies people tend to miss getting milk that is not the biggest blunder that he can talk about...

*Rudeness and Change*: Mr. Sitharaman's behavior, including using rude words and refusing to return change, is unacceptable. Customers have the right to be treated with respect and receive their due change.
*Limited Milk Pockets*: There's no apparent rule limiting milk pockets to two per family. This seems to be Mr. Sitharaman's personal policy, which might be inconvenient for customers.

The aavin Hi Tech Parlour Rahmath Nagar Tirunelveli is selling icecreams which has been expired around month back. The seller is ignorant when questioned and replied that those are the products provided to them for sale and they will continue to sell it.
Rude lethargic and Poor management

The dated 14/10/23 is very poor quality we used the milk on this same date the smell is tingent and taste is also bad.This prblm we were facing frequently please kindly do the needfulThanking you

I raised the below complaint on 30th June 2022 to The general manager (Aavin Tanjore).Instead of taking action they shared my personal information with the booth seller and got personal threatening from him.

I am a regular customer for Aavin for past 10 years when I was at Chennai.I recently moved to my home town and random buyer for Aavin recent months.When ever I visit the Aavin Booth seller is selling more than MRP.When I asked the seller why selling this price but his answers are invalid.
Also I was planning to buy a monthly card basis home delivery and enquired my neighbors who are all buying more than a year and I came to know, the seller is charging additional INR.6 from the MRP since they start buy this product.

The orange flavour is bitter in taste.i don't why this happened though the product wasn't expired...

I bought Ghee from AAVIN, But its not like Ghee. It does not contain the smell and character of Ghee. It was like a kind of Dalda after it melted. Then why should I pay Ghee price for that Dalda? ( 200 g - Rs.115/). Really its not worth for that cost. I am totally disappointed because of this. The dessert made up from that ghee was also wasted. Didn't come out well as expected.

Aaavin orange packet actual price is 24 but shop keeper sold for 26.50

We residing at Madurai Dt Appanthiruppathy. Aavin milk dealer sold the Green pocket milk at the rate of Rs.25/-
Actual rate Rs.22.50. Please give instruction to the dealer.

Retails shops in Mallasamudram, Namakkal District, Tamilnadu State, Sell products more than the MRP. It's a punishable offense. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

I'm ebinesar from Kavangarai nearby puzhal.. in our surroundings retailers asking money for aavin milk more than MRP... So please rectify this...

We are having a milk store in Urapakkam, daily we are getting complaints from our customer that green milk packets gets spoilt, we are getting atleast 4 to 5 complaints daily so concern authorities please take neccessary action.

I am complaining about the spoiled aavin milk.my grandpa is a heart patient and my grand ma is sugar patient, they have to took milk for correct time in morning .today i bought 5 pocket of aavin milk.none of them are good in condition.i felt too bad.this is not the 1st time, this is 4th time of getting spoiled aavin milk.also the shopkeeper isn't responding properly.so plz take this complaint and took needy action much fast.

Aavin 500ml sachets of late contain less than 450ml. Aavin is shortchanging the customers with false labeling.

I managed to get the Booth Number and purchased the card. On 16th Aug 2020 when I went to Booth with card to get the Milk they where asking for Rs 50 per packet of milk as service charge. Today 17th Aug 2020 I again went to the Booth at 5:45 am to get the milk, they where asking for service charge of Rs50 per pack and I said their is no rule to give service charge. Booth Person is asking who gave you permission to buy Milk card, with out service charge he will not give milk and closed the Booth and went and told to come by 7am ( He also saying first sales should for cash and then only for Card ). Again I wen to Booth at 6:45am to get milk and waited till 7am. One Madam hope the Booth Person wife said same lines again.

Over and Above he sell all other brand milk product, Biscuits, Bread, Egg.

Aavin milk dealer charge more than mrp rate half litre milk rs.27 but they charge rs.28 extra rs.1.00 they charged

Hi sir/ madam,

Here is selling of aavin milk packet excess of 1 rupee of mrp from every customer in my local area where i am currently staying during this lockdown period. Shopkeeper has not providing valid reason of the excess cost and he replies there is no chance of buying the packet of mrp and less.

Kindly take action against shop and maintain the justice on the land.

On Effect regarding the Milk Price increase in Tamil Nadu, Aavin Parlour 015 is charging extra amount for milk and the sales person was so rude to say that he will get that amount only, and not allowing to pay via other payment modes (like PhonePe) which they had before.

Incident: Aavin Green Packet Milk rate today(21st August 2019) is 23.50 INR as per Tamil Nadu Government and Aavin Production Unit. But this seller sells that for 24.00 INR (even when we but 2 packets also that 0.50 paise will not tally to right amount and the rate will be 24.00 INR/packet)

As 0.50 paise is not in Physical usage, I asked him to pay via PhonePe that 23.50 INR (which I have payed him before days). But he was so rude that this will be the rate, if you want to buy it buy else leave.

I was shocked how much will this man earn a day getting 0.50 Paise for each packet of 500ml milk.

Rude to behavior of the shop keeper (Anandha stores hastinapuram Chennai 64).
I bought Aavin milk from the shop keeper but it's getting spoiled every day. So I complained with the shop keeper but he is behavior is so rude with the customer. Really it's so pathetic. This is how we customers are treated by. So I'm requesting to take an immediate action against the shop keeper.

Booth 505, kalakshetra colony. Past 2 months, half litre blue packets, milk getting curdled as we try to boil it the same day of supply with dates stipulated on the packet. On an average 2 to 3 litres of milk in a week is spoiled. Inquired with the booth supplier, he has no proper answer. Will the authorities look into this, or else pls. Advise whether we can look for alternates.
Aavin brand name is also getting spoiled, since this spreads like wildfire. Kindly act swiftly and warn the booth manager.

Few months before an aavin store was setuped at our village nearby temple. Now it is creating a lot of nuisance around the temple and small scale people who are living nearby the shop is greatly affected. The aavin shopseller sales many items like chips watercan and other products other than aavin. It is greatly affecting the lives of many people. Please enquire and remove the shop from our locality

I'm Nadanasabapathy aged 67 years and Senior Citizen - running ICE Cream Parlour for the past 10 months in MGR Nagar, Chennai and selling Aavin ICE Cream items for the past 6 months.
Every month on a cumulative basis, I'm purchasing Aavin ICE CREAM Products from your distributor to the tune of 75, 000/- to 90, 000/-

Due to unfortunate VARDAH floods in Chennai, I'm facing a loss of 15, 000/- worth of Aavin Ice cream products in the shop due to no electricity supply for 3 continuous days.
Also I had to throw all the ice cream products as it was completely melted and unsuitable for sale.

I had requested your Distributor/Salesman with written consent letter to provide assistance and till now there has been no proper response.
I sincerely request you to help me with 75% of the loss amounting 11k to be adjusted in your weekly purchase bill for the next 6-8 months !!!

This will boost my confidence to add more Aavin products and assure you for more turnover in the coming days ahead.

Below is the copy of complaint mail which i had sent to the aavin officials till now had got no response from the authority. and the mail is as follows

Dear sir,

I am chandrasekaran a resident of k. k. nagar and would like to bring this issue to the lime light that while i had approached one of the dairy card retailers of aavin located at ponnambalam salai nearby my house and inquired them regarding the card system and was asked to fill in the details in a form given since i was not aware of the distribution booth no. so i asked that person to fill lakshmanaswamy salai aavin parlour's booth no. which is nearby to my locality and also feasible for me to get the milk right away in the morning. that person gave me a card with booth no. 286 and having a good faith on that person i left the place. and while i had gone today to fetch the milk from the booth located in lakshmanaswamy salai the vendor rejected to give me the milk packet and urged to get a card from ashok pillar as the card had the booth no. which had been distributing for retailer purpose and not for the ultimate consumer. and now i am stuck in a situation of turmoil where i have no clue on what to do regarding the card which i have bought for some hefty amount.

Would like to know if i can claim for refund? or could the distribution booth no. be changed further (to a034)?

Will be really appreciated if some remedy is being provided as soon as possible.

My consumer no. Is 62, booth no. A069, zone mccs for 1 ltr milk at 34/-.
2 days in dec milk was not available cos of floods but i bought 1ltr so 1 day was in balance. I had complained to consumer care then that i had to pay rs.4/- extra for the 1 ltr of milk instead of adjusting. Aavin had disbursed the money but on feb 7 when paying for the month's bill, the booth guy refused to pay for the 1day in dec 2 2015 along with 1 day in jan 2016, saying he didn't have money. I now have 1 day in apr to be refunded too. I went on 23may for the pending refunds but he refused all.
He is being spiteful as i have made many complaints in the past for giving priority to shopkeeper s (Who buy in bulk) after 0600 and selling milk for rs.38 instead of 37/-
They treat us non service card holders badly. Service card holders are charged rs.100per ltr.
I have a 95yr old father so it's difficult to go to pallavaram off. To meet the mgr. I request that the pending refunds be adjusted on june 7:bill

This is to inform that the aavin milk were selling against the M.R.P, yesterday[protected] I bought the milk and kept in my hand then asked about the price and the shopkeeper said 22 Rupees but in the aavin milk rapper they printed as M.R.P: 20.50 Rupees. Even though I had explained to him that is this is the cost and all, then the shopkeeper said I not selling milk for single Half Litre and all and again he is fighting like anything and finally he said if you want to buy... buy or leave it and get lost. But my bad is, I returned the milk to the shopkeeper and went to home on that day I didn't drink milk.

Here all shopkeepers are selling in the same cost because of that single shop is selling in the same price.

They are not giving any invoices regarding any sale in that shop.

Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to bring to your notice that for Past few days the Milk packets which were supplied in the area Point No 8 (Kumaran Nagar, 1st Street, Near G.K.M Colony) Perambur Range are in contaminated (Bad)condition. This was reported in the Perambur Range office yesterday (13.10.2015) by Mr.Aanandhan. Hope that i get a reply ASAP on this and the issue is resolved. Thanks for your understanding.
