Abbott — Solspre nasal spray

I have purchased Solspre Nasal Spray from Jankalyan Aushadhi Bhandar (Dadar East Mumbai 400014) having Invoice no. S/18643 and the Batch no. is PTK0058 (expiry date 8/27). Bought the spray for Rs 430/-. But after opening the spray I have found out that the spray is not working and I cannot take the spray as it is defective.
