I had booked a plot of 160seq yards in srs residency panchkula and paid 90% amount has been paid and till date we do not have any information that what will happen next how she will get her money back or

There is no work update from last year now the and company directors are in police custody and office is shutdown no one to hear me all phone number are not reachable chances of getting my plot is negligible so i want my refund back

This complaint is regarding Flat allotment in Affordable Group Housing Project "SRS Palm Homes, Sec - 7, Palwal, Haryana". Tower # A2, Type - B, Floor - 9th & Flat No - 906, for a Total Cost of INR 16, 58, 507/- including EDC/IDC.

I, Jai Prakash Sharma, have already Paid Rs 5, 14, 627/- till date via Cheques dated below -

04-Mar-2015 ICICI – 602698 SRS REAL ESTATE LTD 1, 00, 000/-
11-Dec-2015 ICICI – 670728 SRS REAL ESTATE LTD 2, 07, 313/-
09-Jun-2016 ICICI – 670745 SRS REAL ESTATE LTD 2, 07, 314/-

I had heard last communication on 09-Jun-2016 and after that, I haven't heard anything nor got any further demand. When I started enquiring about the contact +91 [protected]//13/14/15 after the pandemic from last 3 months, there is no response nor the phones are reachable.

I need help to get my money recovered or else get the flat allocated. Can someone help me?

I am amar singh from haryana i have booked a flat of srs, palwal in 2015 and i have also taken loan for flat from dfl. Sir the builder of srs has done fraud with me as they promised to give the flat after 3 years but till now (2020) they have not given the flat to us. Every month the bank of dfl is deducting our money. Please take necessary actions against this.

I booked a 100 mtr plot with SRS residency and made 90 percent payment in favour of SRS builders (All documents are with me) but till now they have not handed over the plot which was supposed to be handed over in 2015 and builder is not reachable. I want refund of my amount ASAP

I have booked 1bhk no 1308/a7 in sec-7, palwal.
Under affordable housing by srs, palm homes. Now builderlicence has been cancelled 1year back. All his office didn’t respond.
I am running pillar to post for refund.

Please note that i have booked 1 flat in srs palm homes in palwal in 2011 but till now no information about the project completion or no refund of our money since 2011, kindly guide us how to proceed further

We have 3 more customer who booked in the same year i. E.2011 but still nothing received

We have already approached the builder many times but no answer from them, we also have a group of people who approached lawyer as well but lawyer says that he cannot help in this regard

I have invested in a 100 sq. yard residential plot with SRS residency Panchkula. Now, there is no news of the organization. I am unable to connect any person from the company to check the status. All numbers are now switched off.
SRS to give us possession or refund our money. No representative from SRS is approachable to answer us. They took our hard earned money and now are absconding. SRS should refund the amount that they took.

I booked 100 sq mtr plot in the srs residency raipur rani panchkula project and paid 4.5l to them in installments till now but when now i wanted to try and contact them i am unable to do so since all the numbers are disconnected and there is no news of this firm at all. The project is at a standstill and i have no information about the fact if i will get my plot or i will get my money back? What will happen? Where should i go? What should i do? Its my hard earned money and i am not sure what to do now. Please help me as i need my money back or else the plot to be registered in my name.

Dear sir,

I have booked a flat in your housing scheme in “srs group housing society sector 6, palwal, haryana in my name in year 2011. Till then 7 years has been passed still i have not got the possession of my flat. I have paid 95% of the flat cost and only 5% is being pending which is to be paid at the time of possession.

Please be informed that i haven’t heard about any development or status of construction. We are not able to get any satisfactory reply from your organization, upon our attempts to reach telephonically. This has become very frustrating and creating the feel of being deceived. I have personally visited the site at palwal, there is no progress in work from last 15 months.

I have taken loan for paying you installments and so i am paying both loan emi with interest and also forced to pay rent. This is a double burden on me.
I am financially burdened due to delay from your side.

I therefore request you to kindly update the current status of your project, possibilities of handing over the property in stipulated period, or resolution of this matter at the earliest. Otherwise i will be compelled to take this matter at higher level with government of haryana & other suitable platform

Please refer to the allotment of one flat no. 603, type-b, tower –d1 under affordable group housing scheme in “srs palm homes” at sector -7, palwal, haryana in my name and the payment through demand draft no.647595 dated 24/05/2016for` 207314.00 issued by indian bank, sahibabad, ghaziabad - 201005 in favor of “srs real estate ltd” as a payment of installment

Please be informed that i haven’t heard about any development or status of construction or received any notification for further payment of installment after the last payment mentioned as above. We are not able to get any satisfactory reply from your organization, upon our attempts to reach telephonically or during personal visits. This has become very frustrating and creating the feel of being deceived.

We therefore request you to kindly update the current status of your project, possibilities of handing over the property in stipulated period, or resolution of this matter at the earliest. Otherwise i will be compelled to take this matter at higher level with government of haryana &government of haryana & other suitable platform

Hi There, I have paid 150000 INR to SRS Real Estate for open parking but still I do not have any fixed parking for same daily I have to park my park here and there and fight with my neighbour for my car parking even I complained so many times yhat please fix my parking as I have paid for same but they dont have approptiate answew and always saying it will be dine within a month however 2 year passed and result is nothing. So please help me to align a number/ foied parking for me.

I would realy appreciate for your help for helpless mango people i.e. me.

I have booked 2bhk flat @ 14.97 lacs in the srs affordable group housing sector -06 palwal and paid @95% payment through dhfl loan and now paying the emi and our house rent also.

All the construction activities on site are closed and no any one from srs group is ready to reply after email and personal visit to them also

I have booked 2BHK flat with him and paid @95% payment through PNB Bank loan and Now paying the EMI and our House rent also.
During Booking the cost of the Flat was 12.5 lakh and after booking they raised the Prices 14.97 Lakhs
All the construction activities on site are closed and No any one from SRS group is ready to Reply afterEmail and Personal Visit to them also

Applied in srs haryana govt. affordable scheme. want to surrender my flat but srs team is not accepting surrender application.

A/BLOCK6/204/AGH in name of RITU VERMA & ABHISHEK VERMA At booking time flat cost was INR 12, 50, 000(12 Lakh 50 Thousand) but after 18 months of booking with more than 13 lakh payment from my side, they have increased the basic cost to 14, 97, 890 (14 Lakh 97 Thousand 8 Hundred 90) without any valid, legal, govt. approved, written, mailed reason to customer WHY ? After many phone calls and email, You are not ready to mailed/ letter disputed to me for above point, WHY ? When you need money from customer you have send mails/letters to us but when customer wants to know the reason for unknown cost increment then you are not mailing/ letter dispatching to us WHY ? Every time you are saying, “Sir cost has increased due to Govt. License No. 117” Can you please explained (in written way), because i don’t know why cost is increase after 18 months due to 117. Please detailed explained 117 ? When i have booked this flat you have mentioned (in written) in your brouchre that ” LICENSE RECEIVED & GOVT. APPROVED” then after 18 months and after paying more than 13 lakhs project cost increased without any detailed-reason to me. WHY ? I have seen(from google source) that Palwal Sector 6 has not received any License till 14th-Aug-2014. And their license status is: (For more information, Please visit: http://tcpharyana.gov.in/Policy/STATUS%20OF%20AHP%202013.pdf) So, you please confirmed me your License No with their ‘License Received Date’. Note:- 1. After many phone calls / mail chain, you are not responding me, So i will not release any single payment to you. 2. you are not replying me but dispatching new letter for money with interest rate, So i will not pay any new new/interested money to you, until you will not reply for my points.
