Hi Sir / Madam, My name is Sayeeda Hasan Patel D/O Hasan Ahmed Patel, my Father is having an account in your bank A/C no SB/40477 hence, my father got expired last year in august. Now I need to close his account as am the only legal heir living and my mother is also expired. My Father took gold loan of rupees 90 thousand on 10/04/2013 from your bank for severe health reasons.now I need to claim my family gold, but I am facing a small problem that is by mistakenly my Father mentioned non exist name at nominee's place in hurry. So therefore I explained this problem to the person who was available on desk. he first said me to pay the loan amount as I was ready and agreed with his given procedure with proofs of being me as a legal heir. But then he told me to meet Manager before doing this procedure, then I met Manager and explained him my problem and was expecting some way or hope, but Manager talks with me very rudely and replied that "you have to bring that nominee person or else we bank will sell your gold and eat" Now I question to Abhyudaya bank how could your manager speak with me so harsh attitude and how could a bank sell my family gold which I am ready to claim in behalf of my Late Father ? There has to some way to claim and get my family gold back. I guess its not a joke to give such illogical answers while sitting in Manager's place. What kind of bad service or bad attitude people working at your Bank. There fore I thought to police complaint on Manager but there won't be any use of that, I also know this e-mail will be thrown in trash box and you people will not reply or just ignore it, but still this would be my Humble Request to your bank and help me to claim my family gold but at least don't let that Manager sell my family gold like this .
