My name is Sayeeda Hasan Patel D/O Hasan Ahmed Patel, my Father is having an account in your bank A/C no SB/40477 hence, my father got expired last year in august.
Now I need to close his account as am the only legal heir living and my mother is also expired.

Bank payment issue

i made online fee payment for ibps exam registration of Rs.404.48- through my ICICI Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below....
