Abn Amro — Unnecessary penalty and affecting my cibil score

As I m a customer of ABN AMRO Credit Card and used my Credit Card in nov 2009 and dropped the cheque for same on 20th December and on 8th Jan 2010 gone throw my bank statement I found that my cheque was present I ranged up to your customer care. Customer care executive replied that by mistake it was not present and I requested to present my cheque then my cheque was cleared from the account. On next of Jan 2010 I found that Bank charged me the cheque bounce charges and since then you changed me on charges on charged amount and closed my card services on amount of 3276 you made my permanent closed. As ask since to my charges or return my bounce cheque. Many collection person call me for this amount
