Please find the chain email from abof.com that they can not change the same product because they don't have in the stock they have credit 150 bucks in my accounts more than this they can't do anything because they don't have any policy to satisfied there customer i have a question after this email that if they have quality check team so how product is defective they apologies but i will do with there apology and what i will do with there 150 bucks if you done the mistake without quality check product reached to me its a dusty product into fresh product price so replace it why harassing me for this and if can't replace because of non availability in the stock so change the policy give the full fine not just 150 bucks but abof people said on call that they are help less for there quality checks and about fine also. How they will delivered good services to the customer.

This is very disappointing for me that i have done the shopping with you and i had such a very bad experience with abof this time i was done the shopping earlier also but because of your delivery part i have done the shopping again but this time i had worst experience with you i have done order for my brother's birthday 18th july 2017 and i have done the follow up with customer care that can i get the order till 20th july 2017 because i required than i getting always the same feedback that i ts not possible and today on 21st july 2017 i again connect with your customer care and ask about the status they still said that the order is in bangalore not possible to delivered today even before 24th july 2017 not possible that is fine your people can not fined that the product is in delhi or bangalore that can be understood but when i got the product and i have open and see the product (Abof men white printed relaxed fit longline t-shirt) is little dust on the neck which i am not expecting from abof than i again connect with the customer care than they given the as compensation amount which is maximum 150rs. And if i will return the product than the product amount which is 229rs. Same product in same color is out of stock they can not exchange and they can not exchange with different color in same product they can not do because they don't have any policy.
So i wants to ask about my mistake in this story did i pack the product-no did i delivered-no so why should i suffer because of abof i don't know i have lot of other options why i have done the transaction with abof and i wants to ask you that should i have to do any transaction with abof after this experience.
See your services and give the right solution to me why customer have to suffer because of your mistake.
