[Resolved] Abof.com / Aditya Birla Online Fashion — refund still pending since 13 days

I have ordered for few products including a pair of shoes through this website www.abof.com with order no. Ab6220656.
Not satisfied with the product (Shoes), i have raised a return request (Return no. Rp[protected]. The product has been sent back to them and refund has been initiated. But no refund is made still yet.

I tried contacting them through chat 3 times and in email 2 times.
I have also called them once.

In all the above interactions i received only a reply saying that the issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. But never the refund is made. Still i see the same status on the return request "return initiated on tue 10th oct, 2017".
Kindly help.

abof Bucks is your cash balance stored with us. 1 abof buck is equal to 1 rupee. abof Bucks can be used just like any other payment mode to pay for your orders at abof.com. Whenever you cancel or return your COD order, abof Bucks are credited back to your abof.com account.

Also we have sent you a link to update your bank details to have the amount transferred into your bank account. Request you to fill the details.
