[Resolved] Abof.com / Aditya Birla Online Fashion — refund still pending since 13 days

I have ordered for few products including a pair of shoes through this website www.abof.com with order no. Ab6220656.
Not satisfied with the product (Shoes), i have raised a return request (Return no. Rp[protected]. The product has been sent back to them and refund has been initiated. But no refund is made still yet.

I tried contacting them through chat 3 times and in email 2 times.
I have also called them once.

In all the above interactions i received only a reply saying that the issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. But never the refund is made. Still i see the same status on the return request "return initiated on tue 10th oct, 2017".
Kindly help.

Also we have sent you a link to update your bank details to have the amount transferred into your bank account. Request you to fill the details.
