I have raised a return request many weeks back and that is still pending. Allen Solly guys call up almost everyday saying return has been initiated but their courier guys just don’t turn up. I need the return to be completed and receive a refund immediately. I am tired of following up with these guys. Pathetic service.

I ordered a shirt on date 25th march, to my surprise I received a Tshirt from Aditya birla store.
I put a return request and pick up person from Xpressbees picked it up.
The product was market QC fail as product image not match. As Xpressbees side it is showing pickup is to be done for Shirt while I am returning T shirt. Xpressbees told me ask Aditya birla support team to update product image.
I tried to contact and also raised concerns from Aditya birla website - https://profile.abfrl.in/orders.
There is no help as no response from Customer care.
Received only mails from Aditya birla with case numbers-

I have placed an order in ABOF.COM website. I have received the product on October 13th of this month and due to poor quality of the product I have returned it on October 14th. It has been more than a week but till now I haven't received the refund. So I'm hoping that you will act on this as soon as possible. Return Id:[protected].

I placed an order for around rs. 4300 on 26/08/2019. It got delivered on 2/09/2019. Both of the articles looked very old and worn out. One of them even had stains. They were not worth even 200-300rs and were sold for around 1650 and 2650. I tried placing a return request but wasn't able to due to some glitch in their website. After a number of emails a return request was finally placed. I got a message on 3/09/2019 that they would be picked up that day. But late in the evening i got a message that the request had been cancelled. The same thing happened on 6/09/2019. I tried complaining about them on twitter, through emails, phone calls but to no avail. They have done the same thing to a number of customers. I was shocked to see the number of complaints about them on twitter. They are not refunding people, delivering worn out articles, not letting people return them, etc. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

I ordered a pair of clothes from pantaloons web site amounting rs 1979.00 but received very poor quality item which i returned. Now despite several email and repeated reminders online and calls they are not responding as i want refund. Ekart logistics and online merchants are duping the customers shamelessly. I have completely lost my faith in online shopping. What should i do to take on these rascals? Please suggest.

I had Oder ed a product aeound 4 months back and returned it just day after. after that i called your customer care service and they told me to wait around 3 months as your site is down for sometime.after that contacted today and got an message that it wont be possible to return my cash back. i dint received any of the alert or emails or text messages from your side so how could i know about it. i am surely gonna review bad dot this and take this matter forward and make people aware from fraudism site like this one

I had ordered 3 items on the 16th of november 2017, bearing order number: ab6488029. Out of the three ordered items, one got delivered on the 23rd of november 2017 with no mention about the remaining two items. This was the first blow. I mailed the issue to the customer care email id of abof on the 24th of november 2017 and to my surprise was assisted by a customer care executive named 'shirley' on the very same day who informed me that my products had been cancelled due to 'inventory issues' and that my refund would be made within 2 days and that the amount would reflect onto the original mode of payment with in 7-10 days. On the 27th of november 2017, i received an email from abof saying again that my refund will be processed and that i should receive my refund within 7-10 working days. I waited, its more than half a month now and i still havent gotten any response from abof. Worst case is they dont have a site and nobody responds to their customer care number. I earnestly request abof to please get in touch with me and issue my refund at the earliest. It is a humble request.

Hi i have purchased an order ab6291923 from abof and my refund was initiated on 30nov and now it has been 12 days since then and i have received no communication from abof for several emails written to them... It customer care has shut down... Nobody to contact... They have done fraud of 4172 rs to me... The company is shut but my money is gone... A brand like aditya birla cheating consumers like this is a big fraudster

They did not deliver product and then cancelled my order on their own.
I got a mail on 25th nov saying i will get refund in 7-10 days but till 7th december, customer care is not taking calls or replying to my emails! I have not received refund, they gave false promises. I have mail of refund initiation but still no amount has been refunded. No contact with customer care or through email is possible now. Cheat website.

Order no. Ab6492069. Its been 21 days that i have not received the product not the refund. They have shut down their website as well as customer service. Previously when i called up they told me that the refund would be processed within 72 hours, don't know what is their time frame for 72 hours. I have a refund for rs.784. I have also called up aditya birla group headquarter mumbai, but they gave a stupid reply that many people are yet to get refund and the company is shutdown, when i asked them for alternative number for their abof division she just hung up the phone.

I have ordered for few products including a t - shirts through abof app www.abof.com with order no. Ab5320889.

I have been waiting for my shipment for so long now. Every day i talk to the customer service desk they give me some stupid answer. I have already paid for that shipment, i think that's the biggest mistake i did.

One of the third class service in terms of delivery. I had booked the product on 16th nov and have not received yet. This customer support did not help me with this too. I got a message on 22nd nov that product got delivered but was not. Seriously pissed with this kind of a service that too with a regular customer.

I tried contacting them through chat/call more than 10 times and in email 2 times. I have also called them once.

In all the above interactions i received only a reply saying that the issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. But never the refund is made. Now customer care number and app is not working, even i mailed also. I paid 2600 rs. I want my money back.

I ordered some items from abof.com but the quality was bad so i returned the products. It's been 1 month since but there is no refund. I called them many times regarding that matter but there is no resolution. Initially they told that they had initiated the refund and it will take max 10 days to reflect in my account. When there was no refund even after 15 days i called them again, they delayed it further by false reasons. Finally they told me that the refund initiated by their side was not successful by any unknown reason and they will send the refund again. But now there is no refund at all. The site is closed now and the costumer care is not working. I tried to communicate via mail also but there is no response. I want my money back.

I did not get any refund for my above return id of rs 1397. I tried calling so many times and mailing them, but no response.

There has been no support whatsoever from their side, the only number and website for customer grievances is unresponsive.
No reference number for any refund generation, nothing from their side.
If they were closing down, they should've at least solved basic grievances like refund.

I returned 2 products bought from abof on 8th of november and got the confirmation that refund has been initiated but as of now i did not get my money back. Called up customer care around 10 times, every time they say it will be processed in next 24-48 hrs. I even submitted bank statement but still did not get the money. Please help.

I purchased two t-shirts from abof.com for rs 398, one of which developed holes after 1 wash as it was of very inferior quality.i returned the tshirt to abof.com on 22nd november but have not received any refund till now.After talking to abof's costumer care i got to know that the have credited my abof account will a gift voucher of rs. 100 and refunded rs. 98(balance) to my account which obviously i have not yet received.Also the gift voucher of rs.100 us not usable as their website has shut down.According to the email which i received from abof.com it was written that entire 198 will be refunded to me.All technical details i have provided below.

I bought many products through abof in last one month & everything was going smoothly, but one day when i returned two of the articles i got a call from the call center confirming about the pick up of the items & asked me to share the pick up receipt which i did.
Post that incident they confirmed me that they will refund my money now. I am following them since november 15, 2017 & none of their team member is helping me on this.in fact one of their team member confirmed me that he has raised the complain & i will get a reply but it did not happened.in the meantime i ordered again so that if i will use this money & i need not to follow them for refund which although was not for my use (As somehow i felt something is going wrong) but they cancelled all my orders & asked me that there is a technical issue with our system & please order by using net banking & then n there i raised a fresh complain @ email id ([protected]@abof.com) shared by their team member but on the very next day i got a mail to forward it at some other id ([protected]@abof.com) which i did but since then till now i have not received my amount neither any response from their team. I am calling them over n over again but no body is replying.

I had booked the product on 6th and have not recieved yet. Ths customer support did not help me with this too. Everyday morning i got a message that it will be dilevered today but was not. Seriously pissed with this kind of a service that too with a regular customer.
