[Resolved] Abof.com / Aditya Birla Online Fashion — complaint not resolved even after 3 weeks

This is regarding the complaint i raised to abof customer care on 25th of september for my order on abof.com

I did not receive my order but the status shows its delivered

They shared me a pod which i confirmed that its not mine and still i am not able to get my order delivered and when ever i call the customercare for the issue update they say its still in progress
