They did not deliver product and then cancelled my order on their own.
I got a mail on 25th nov saying i will get refund in 7-10 days but till 7th december, customer care is not taking calls or replying to my emails! I have not received refund, they gave false promises. I have mail of refund initiation but still no amount has been refunded. No contact with customer care or through email is possible now. Cheat website.

I had placed an order on abof and they cancelled my order and initiated refund but I have not yet received the refund. I have been following up with them on this but there is no response from them.

Transaction ID - [protected] they provided for refund.

Please look into this. It's more than a month now.
