Two of my Order: AB3864416 and AB3843385 are pending for return since last 2 weeks. i have contacted them multiple times and have emailed them many times as well. But the only thing i get is that the matter has been escalated. I have been out of station prior to receiving the products and were received by a friend. Since then products are lying as it is, they are not even opened. After giving all kinds of excuses to take take up the products they are now saying that my i am giving non-abof products and wrong ones. Their courier partner have not even bothered to come and look up even once. No resolution have been provided for my complaints, not just that their executives have been rude and ignorant.
They are running a company of frauds it looks like. As a customer the preserve the right to return these products on valid grounds. I want to return these product and want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
