I ordered a shirt on date 25th march, to my surprise I received a Tshirt from Aditya birla store.
I put a return request and pick up person from Xpressbees picked it up.
The product was market QC fail as product image not match. As Xpressbees side it is showing pickup is to be done for Shirt while I am returning T shirt. Xpressbees told me ask Aditya birla support team to update product image.
I tried to contact and also raised concerns from Aditya birla website - https://profile.abfrl.in/orders.
There is no help as no response from Customer care.
Received only mails from Aditya birla with case numbers-

Till now no one from Aditya birla tried to contact me neither on phone nor on email. such a big brand with 0 customer support.
