I bought many products through abof in last one month & everything was going smoothly, but one day when i returned two of the articles i got a call from the call center confirming about the pick up of the items & asked me to share the pick up receipt which i did.
Post that incident they confirmed me that they will refund my money now. I am following them since november 15, 2017 & none of their team member is helping me on this.in fact one of their team member confirmed me that he has raised the complain & i will get a reply but it did not happened.in the meantime i ordered again so that if i will use this money & i need not to follow them for refund which although was not for my use (As somehow i felt something is going wrong) but they cancelled all my orders & asked me that there is a technical issue with our system & please order by using net banking & then n there i raised a fresh complain @ email id ([protected]@abof.com) shared by their team member but on the very next day i got a mail to forward it at some other id ([protected]@abof.com) which i did but since then till now i have not received my amount neither any response from their team. I am calling them over n over again but no body is replying.
