refund still pending since 13 days

I have ordered for few products including a pair of shoes through this website www.abof.com with order no. Ab6220656.
Not satisfied with the product (Shoes), i have raised a return request (Return no. Rp[protected]. The product has been sent back to them and refund has been initiated. But no refund is made still yet.

I tried contacting them through chat 3 times and in email 2 times.
I have also called them once.br...

I ordered something on 30 june... Returned partially out of that... Got some amount credited to my abof account on 30 july... And today its not there. Your customer care says it was a gift card with 60 days validity. But it was my money which you people have already taken from my account in on june 30. So can there be 60 days validity to it. You are not giving something free to me. That was my money with you.

This is totally cheating on your part to take away peoples money like this. And nobody inform me before taking away my money. Is this birla group???

    This is regarding the complaint i raised to abof customer care on 25th of september for my order on abof.com

    I did not receive my order but the status shows its delivered

    They shared me a pod which i confirmed that its not mine and still i am not able to get my order delivered and when ever i call the customercare for the issue update they say its still in progress

      I dint not get a product as for the promise date from Abof.As they promised me for a call back from customer care that I get a call from manager which I did not get till now. Today without calling me one guy came to my home to delivered the product. I ask him to wait for 15 min so I can come and collect that. He was not ready to wait for 2min also.. I am very upset with this service. I will not leave like that. I want to highlight this issue to the higher level..

        Dear reader's,

        I wish to complaint regards to pathetic customer service from abof.

        I purchase product on 27 august 2017 after selecting i was landed to payment page and made the payment. The amount got debited from my a/c

        27 aug 2017 [protected]-payuadityabirlaonlin [protected] 27 aug 2017 1, 736.00

        I also received text msg from hdfc bank of amt debited and no text of abof or any product in shopping cart.

        I called customer care who said its normal many customer face this issue. And refund tat 7-8 days.

        Sad that they are aware many customer are affected and it hardly matters them.

        I said i am looking form my refund immediately as its not return for returned product, that i wait to get the product delivered to your ware house.

        My amount is debited with no product and and have to wait and follow up for my own refund.

        Speaking to them they say that's there policy.

        I said i paid and no product booked its goo[censored]p with your system and asked compensation 1500.

        I received call from abof manager ginu dias who was extremely pathetic arrogant, poor communication, and said i have to send bank statement in arrogant manager.

        Do customer service they care for.

        I received multi pal time wasting calls, ginu dias there abof manager said he is on the top position with no one above him and he is last point of contact. Sad after that |i received two more calls.
        I asked to speak to there vp or cfo mr sharad agarwal also submitted my bank statement.

        The manager said forcing to check there refund policy..

        I am sad i delt with abof and pathetic customer service.

        I purchased from amazon, snapdel never was debited without the product.

        I received my own money with no product in next month 5 september, stating contact bank..

        Sad service and sad customer care.

        So many complaints on multi pal website.

        Hope the senior authorities is doing bushiness only brand birla.

        Hoping to receive the cfo's call as promise by there manager.

        I had said i will write on complaint site if refund was not done on time.

        She aof has already provoked me.

        Plz don buy if so buy cash on delivery. Such company fails trust and customer service is sad with managers.

        Pathetic brand abof you loot customer and argue and make customer repeat..

          The item i ordered (Abop[protected]) in lying in kunnamangalamhub calicut for more than 3 days now. Until now i received my products on time and in good condition, therefore was regularly purchasing from your site. But this time my item delivery by ekart is taking so many days. If i dont get my item on time, i would stop purchasing form your site nor recommend it to my friends.

          Half an hour after i registered my complaint on this site, i got a call from the Abof Team in Bangalore who inquired about the delivery problem. They followed up with the Delivery Agent. Because of the the continuous follow up from the Abof team by mail and calls that helped me get my items at the right destination.

            Please find the chain email from abof.com that they can not change the same product because they don't have in the stock they have credit 150 bucks in my accounts more than this they can't do anything because they don't have any policy to satisfied there customer i have a question after this email that if they have quality check team so how product is defective they apologies but i will do with there apology and what i will do with there 150 bucks if you done the mistake without quality check product reached to me its a dusty product into fresh product price so replace it why harassing me for this and if can't replace because of non availability in the stock so change the policy give the full fine not just 150 bucks but abof people said on call that they are help less for there quality checks and about fine also. How they will delivered good services to the customer.

            This is very disappointing for me that i have done the shopping with you and i had such a very bad experience with abof this time i was done the shopping earlier also but because of your delivery part i have done the shopping again but this time i had worst experience with you i have done order for my brother's birthday 18th july 2017 and i have done the follow up with customer care that can i get the order till 20th july 2017 because i required than i getting always the same feedback that i ts not possible and today on 21st july 2017 i again connect with your customer care and ask about the status they still said that the order is in bangalore not possible to delivered today even before 24th july 2017 not possible that is fine your people can not fined that the product is in delhi or bangalore that can be understood but when i got the product and i have open and see the product (Abof men white printed relaxed fit longline t-shirt) is little dust on the neck which i am not expecting from abof than i again connect with the customer care than they given the as compensation amount which is maximum 150rs. And if i will return the product than the product amount which is 229rs. Same product in same color is out of stock they can not exchange and they can not exchange with different color in same product they can not do because they don't have any policy.

            So i wants to ask about my mistake in this story did i pack the product-no did i delivered-no so why should i suffer because of abof i don't know i have lot of other options why i have done the transaction with abof and i wants to ask you that should i have to do any transaction with abof after this experience.

            See your services and give the right solution to me why customer have to suffer because of your mistake.

            Yes i know CSR said the same thing but you have done the mistake why you are helpless this mistake done by Abof staff not from my side you can not cover with sorry boss sorry is not able to sort out your mistake fill your mistake if you are help less so Abof customer will be going some ware else and you people want this than do the same thing otherwise sorry is not enough. try to do something which can be full fill this mistake and if can not do anything so tell quality people they have to do there job why they have sent an defective product to me.

              I have been waiting for my shipment for so long now. Every day i talk to the customer service desk they give me some stupid answer. I have already paid for that shipment, i think thats the biggest mistake i did.
              That shipment is in gurgaon for past 2-3 days.. And they are not able to deliver it in gurgaon itself. Can you please let me know whats going on. If it doesnt get delivered today i want my money back.

I create return request but abof customer care executive told me we r giving original product from our warehouse... Such a very fraud company..                   I have placed an order on 24 june, 2017, for a carlton london women Beig/BLK CASUAL SHOES. I recieved my order on 5 july, 2017, as soon as I opened the package and took out my shoes the carlton london tag came out on its own and below the tag there was another tag on the name of some Celetro or so I coudnt read it properly because it was distressed, another thing the product looks like an old one and beeds on the shoes look like the color has fainted of some.I have tried calling customer care, as par your end I was given an asurance that I will given a quick message indicationing your complaint mail id, which I haven't got so .I dnt only want a refund but want to bring this in notice in higher authorities .I believe my issue will be resolve soon.

                  I bought a bag last month. Today was the first day I took it out Nd sees that the chain of the same is not working. We buy branded product expecting it to be in good condition. And when u use it there is a defect. Nd worse it since u broke the tag u can't send it back. Very disappointed by the product.

                    Damaged products
                    Abof all about fashion online shopping these guys r selling damaged products. I have purchased 4 t-shirts i have not checked when i received dint even opened. 1 day wanted to wear when tried i have seen damaged in t-shirt when i raised a complaint stating that i have received damaged they say it's been 15days so can't return. When i gave request it's was about 4 to 5 days more. But still the quality they have to check and send right. Damaged products they r selling and not taking request for return.

                      I have purchased around[protected] in the month of nov-dec 2016 through my credit card and for the whole purchase i should be getting 15% cashback on or before 14th february. But today is 26th april. After calling them 200 times also they didn't give me my cashback and whenever i call them, they are saying "your issue has been escalated with high priority and you will get a call withing 48 hours". But unfortunately that never happened. It is totally disappointed and one more thing is whenever i have asked them to send a confirmation mail with mentioning the cashback, evertime they disagreed. If you can't give cashback to the customer then why you are highlighting that on your website and app.

                        One product was returned in feb for which they said refund was initiated on 7th feb but when i tell them that i haven't received it which was on 21st feb they told me to share my account statement ..very same day i did that they told me that they have escalated issue to their finance Department n will update me in 24 hours but nobody called back..since then i havebeen asking them for atleast providing me ref no. For the refund but they just say that the issue has already been forwarded n it will take some more time...its been 1 month n 6 days how much more time they expect their customer to wait...seems like they r not doing anything other then cheating customers coz their r 100sss f complaints regarding refund... i have all the hopes from consumer forum now

                            Two of my Order: AB3864416 and AB3843385 are pending for return since last 2 weeks. i have contacted them multiple times and have emailed them many times as well. But the only thing i get is that the matter has been escalated. I have been out of station prior to receiving the products and were received by a friend. Since then products are lying as it is, they are not even opened. After giving all kinds of excuses to take take up the products they are now saying that my i am giving non-abof products and wrong ones. Their courier partner have not even bothered to come and look up even once. No resolution have been provided for my complaints, not just that their executives have been rude and ignorant.
                            They are running a company of frauds it looks like. As a customer the preserve the right to return these products on valid grounds. I want to return these product and want my money back.

                              I purchase shoe from ABOF online vide Order No. AB3434373 and I recd our Order AB3434373 against purchase two items, detail are as below :

                              1. abof Men Black Sandals
                              2. Foot-In Men Brown Formal Slip-on Shoes

                              But quality of Foot-In Men Brown Formal Slip-on Shoes is totally bad. I wearing only two hours after see top skin lift of shoes.

                              The shoes is totally rejected. I already send you request for change my shoes. But they are refuse the same.

                              After one month they are refused and not agreed for product is not manufacturing defect.

                              Please help for replace the same and save my hard money.

                                It has been more than one week, since I raised a concern and was assigned with ticket : [Incident:[protected]], due to fault in their transaction system my 1000 rs was lost. They promised me that this issue will get resolved within 48 hrs, but still this is pending.Every time I call them they ask for 48hrs. Even After repeated request and multiple phone calls, still there is no progress.

                                  I have ordered two dresses from your company.. both having the suze problem. so one i opted for exchange and another for return.
                                  one guy came from NUVO Ex and took my both dresses, the exchange n return one.
                                  now another guy came and asking for the echange product. i showed him the receipt that i have already gave my two dresses. now they are not giving me the product.
                                  kindly please look into the matter. and this the last time that i am ordering from your site.
                                  i will keep in mind to not order from your site again.
                                  refund my money back for both dresses.

                                    I placed an order on 3rd Oct through Allen Solly website for 2 products against Order Number 2511363. While one product was received after 15 days but there is no update on the other product. Been following up with team at Madura Fashion / Allen Solly but all in vain. The Customer service team is just not ready to help nor they want to give a solution -All they will do is the autoamted mail which says they will get back in next 2-3 working days for the last 10 days now.

                                    Is this what we expect from the Aditya Birla Initiatives.

                                      I recently purchased product from abof. I have applied coupon which was mentioned in app as discount of 400 on purchase of 1200 rs. When i received product it was looking different from what shown in pics hence i asked for returns as its mentioned as hassle free return in 30 days. When i contacted costumer care, i was told that i cant return i my product due to code which i have applied. They said that this was mentioned in terms and condition on coupon. But when i checked app it was never mentioned like that. I was refused to take back product which seems to be cheating from such reputed company. Coupon code is still available on app without any notification of not exchangable. Strict action must be taken. Please never buy from abof as they have started cheating.

                                      Please find attached screen shot of coupons in ABOF app. No where they have mentioned terms and condition and only thing they mentions is discount. Which clearly declares them to be cheating with consumers.
