ABP News Channel — eligibility for pradhan mantri awas yojana

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We Santosh Bhau Sonawane and Asha Santosh Sonawane ( Handicap Person) had taken home loan and our home loan account no: MH[protected] for Rs 13, 00, 000 in Dec 2015 and MH[protected] for Rs 4, 50, 000.00 in Aug 2017 CUSTOMER ID :[protected]. However, we are regularly paid our EMI till Dec 2017, I had loss my job in Nov 2017 and I had resume on new job in the month of March 2018 as a result of this I had not paid EMI for the month of Feb-18 & March 2018 than I had regularized my EMI from the month of May 2018.

In The Month of May 2018, we had visited your Branch, the manager Mr. Swapnil More had advice us to apply for PMAJ Scheme and after that on 13th May 2018 we had applied for the same that time he accepted my application and promised us that your branch will upload to the PMAJ Scheme. Now, from the last two months, I am asking about the status of the application or any acknowledgment number of my PMAJ, by saying that first you regularized you account.

The questions are this PMAJ Scheme was available from June 2015 onwards and I had taken home loan in Dec 2015. At that time, Mr. RAMESH SHANKAR GAIKWAD was the manager of the branch why should he not inform about this and as per as the Insurance against the said property was taken by your branch on behalf of me which was not useful for me as other insurance company give three month benefit of non-payment of EMI if the borrower loss his/her job because the term of loan is more and we are paying the insurance money.( insurance Copy of my relatives enclosed herewith)

As I had email to all i.e GIC Panvel branch, (NERE PANVEL [protected]@gichfindia.com), GIC Corporate Office (Corporate Office Emails ) and Credit Cell Of National Housing bank, [protected]@nhb.org.in on 25th Aug 2018 than 1st Reminder on 27th Aug 2018 than on after than on 4th sep 2018 & all but anyone of them not focus about the ELIGIBILITY for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

As per the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, June 2015 is as under .

OVERAGE & ELIGIBILITY

The ownership of the house should either in the sole name of the female member of the household or joint ownership with the wife. However, this condition will not be made mandatory in cases of construction of house on an existing plot or extension/renovation of existing Kuccha/Semi-pucca house

The beneficiary family should not own a pucca house (an all-weather dwelling unit) either in his/her name or in the name of any member of his/her family in any part of India

The carpet area of house under this Scheme should be upto 30 sq. mts. for EWS beneficiaries and upto 60 sq. mts. for LIG beneficiaries

Credit Linked Subsidy is available for housing loans availed for acquisition/construction of house and repair/extension of Kucha/Semi Pucca house

Maximum term of loan on which the subsidy will be calculated is 15 years.

As per above there is no questions of any pending EMI

Finally today I ask you who will responsible for loss if I had not get PMAJ Benefit if I will not paid my two pending EMI as I am paying penal interest on my pending EMI 1) The Branch Manager 2) The GIC or 3) The Borrower? The question is 2.67 Lakh ?

Kindly informed me if there is any rules & regulation given by RBI or PMAJ or IPC act. That if a person not paid his two EMI than he will not eligible for PMAJ

Please note that I will not pay further EMI till the matter is solved.
