On 12 the october i saw my statement on line as always i checks, i saw there was entry of rs.1000, 2000, 4000, 4000, 4000 and charges of bank. As per statement location shows of kolkatta,
i am staying in mira road, mumbai. On 12 october i made again complaint. Credit card dept said to pay total money we will investigate and revert all money otherwise interest will charge, so i paid entire money. Then temporary they credit 1000, 2000, 4000, 4000, 4000 on my card. Today again its debited.

Please help me to solve this problem and get my money back.

Fraud is so big like 4000 rs x 100 members x 30 days x 6 months nearly 9.0 - 10.0 crores

We farmers from Tambve, Malshiras, solapur, Maharashtra have and are suffering heavy crop losses and ultimately financial losses due to dusty roads. Road contractor is supposed to take care that common man is not suffered in any way during road construction. We support country's growth but not at the cost of farmers life.

Road contractor don't water roads, no safety boards have been placed to avoid accidents, no compensation while acquiring our land for road building, we suffer mentally as well as physically.

सोमवार, १ अक्टूबर शाम ४;०९ बजे मैंने महावीर नगर (कांदिवली) से चेंबुर सिंधी सोसायटी के लिए pool यानी sharing में बुक की। मुझे फेर बताया गया था कुछ ₹२४०/- और गाड़ी ९ मिनट में पहुंचने वाली थी। मैं कैब का इंतजार कर रहा था कि अचानक देखा की ट्रिप कैंसल कर दी गई है।
परेशानी में मैंने दो बार और बुकिंग की मगर कुछ गलत address ki वजह से तुरंत कैंसल की।
आखिर ४:३५ को मेरी बुकिंग के हिसाब से कैब आयी और बैठते ही मैंने ड्राईवर से पूछा कि पहले वाली बुकिंग कैंसल कैसे होती है तब ड्राईवर ने कहा जब तक आप (यानी मै) कैंसल नहीं करते ट्रिप कैंसल नहीं होती। मैंने किराए के बारे में भी पूछा की २४० की जगह अब सिर्फ १५ मिनिट के अंतर में मुझे ये कैब ३७९.५१ में बुक करनी पड़ी है (डेबिट कार्ड से) तब ड्राईवर ने कहा अगर और पैसेंजर मिलेंगे तो किराया आपस में बट जाएगा।
गोरेगांव क्रॉस होने के बाद ड्राईवर को कंपनी ने बुकिंग Dindoshi (मलाड़) से कुर्ला वेस्ट की दी जो मेरे तय रास्ते में नहीं था लेकिन ड्राईवर ने वहां से एक पैसेंजर लिया और उसे पूरे ट्रैफिक एरिया से गुजरते हुए कुर्ला वेस्ट उतारा और बाद में मुझे शाम ६ बजे चेंबूर उतारा।
मैंने ड्राईवर को बताया कि मेरा किराया कम नहीं हुआ है तब ड्राईवर ने बताया उसे पूरी ट्रिप के ३६० मिले है।
इसके बाद मैंने उबर को contact करने की कोशिश की लेकिन उनके नंबर पर बात करने की सुविधा नहीं है इसलिए मैंने app के जरिए उन्हें सूचित किया कि मेरा किराया ज्यादा है उसे २४० किया जाए।
अब इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को दो दिन बीत चुके है और उबर कुछ भी सुनने को तैयार नहीं। उनकी कंपनी पॉलिसी में एडजस्टमेंट, रिफंड या क्रेडिट की सुविधा नहीं है। उनके हिसाब से मुझे ३७९.५१ ही चुकाना होगा।
यह पूरी कंपैन की प्रक्रिया और दो बार उनके एक्जीक्यूटिव ने मुझे फोन करके पुरा किराया चुकाने को कहा है वह सब मेरे पास सबूत के तौर पर है।

Maximum term of loan on which the subsidy will be calculated is 15 years.

As per above there is no questions of any pending EMI

Finally today I ask you who will responsible for loss if I had not get PMAJ Benefit if I will not paid my two pending EMI as I am paying penal interest on my pending EMI 1) The Branch Manager 2) The GIC or 3) The Borrower? The question is 2.67 Lakh ?

Kindly informed me if there is any rules & regulation given by RBI or PMAJ or IPC act. That if a person not paid his two EMI than he will not eligible for PMAJ

Dear sir, we are the residents near barfani dham, mr-9 indore.
Although there is govt narmada water supply, but since every other citizen uses pump, the pressure of the water is low and there is a water scarcity at some especially poor families, households and boys hostels. Say for example at a boys hostel at 23, barfani dham nagar, the boring is not working and the narmada water supply pressure is low. Hence, there is water scarcity.
Today, i thought let me inquire about the water tankers. I came to know that there is a 181 cm helpline. But 7:47am no one picked up the phone.
Then i searched on internet and called to meena water suppliers. He told me that they are not getting water. But he told, me that go to the robot square, opposite to bhoosa mandi, you will find a lots of tankers. They stand there. I went there and came to know that there are tractor with tankers. The person is asking 1000 rs for 6000 lit, or 900 rs and at the least 800 rs per 6000 lit.
I came to know that they all fill up their tankers at a nearby place. The person told me that they have to pay 300-350 for filling up the water.
How? If the narmada supply is for everyone, then how they get such a pressure of water to fill up the tanks??? Do they have bore wells? But the government says that they do not allow borewells/tubewells in the areas where narmada supply is there. Then i came to barfani dham tanki. There is a huge tanki where big tankers and small tankers fill the water.
But for the common public there is no rich supply. Public has to stand in q to get water. I asked one tanker person. He asked rs 1000 for 6000 lit. And he challenged me to go and do whatever.
I soon understood that there is a "water mafia" at indore.
I would humbly like abp news to do a sting operation or investigative journalism to expose that mafia.
While nagar nigam promises that they will supply free water tanker for the needy ones, these tankers, take water easily and sell to free individual customers like us. One of them even said "go and ask the god".
There are two three specific issues:
A) narmada water supply is satisfactory but the timings are erratic and it is not universal. Today it came at 4am and then again it came at 8:30am suddenly when most of the persons didnt know.
B) almost all citizens use pumps to suck up the narmada water supply so the poorest one who doesnt have pump and whose house is the most distal, they suffer.
Many citizen waste narmada water by washing their bikes and motor vehicles, while many other are striving for even the drinking water.
C) there is a water mafia working at indore.
They take huge sum of money from the needy customers.
I can understand the govt cant supply water to each and every household and there is a rapid development and colonies appearing like mushrooms. But govt can catch the water mafia who are exploiting the needy customers, in broad day light.
On one hand there is robot, the symbol of development at robot square, whereas on the other hand barely 50 meters away from it, there is water tanker sucking the blood of common public.
Its a shame on our society as a whole, but its a blot on shivraj singh government where police is not catching the criminals.
