Abp Pvt Ltd — subscribed desh but no acknowledgement, no issue received

I subscribed desh on line by paying rs. 800. 00 on 25th july 2020 using my citibank credit card. But till date, abp did not acknowledge my online payment and till date i have not received any issue of desh. I have sent mail several times without any response.
