Abp Weddings — I am complaining about the fraud services and fake service promise that they garanteed to provide but didn't

I am writing here on behalf of my Son, for whom we are looking for the best correct match for his life . He warned me not to take the abp weddings plan as he already researched about this company performance in the market, he heard from his friends how this fraudster company making people fool.
We bought 3 months 90 days plan, at first they irritated us by calling many times a day to buy the plan, we decided to go for it and bought it by INR 14000RS, they promised us that after soon we buy the plan a relationship manager will call us and will take all the details of the bride we are looking for .But she didn' call, after we pressurized the person who cam to our house ( name not disclosed ) she called us, took our preference and told us that 4 profiles will be sent every week . I forgot to mention also that the executive promised us on the first day that every week 4 new profiles who are not there in abp will be sent .
Till now no profile of our preference has been sent yet, 2-3 profiles that we liked sent it to RM but till now she doesn't responded us well it shows lack of professionalism in her .
I should not hide their name the guy who came to our home, his name is palash deep Ghosh, now he also behaving with us as he know us for the first time
So I am lodging here my complain to take strict action against this fraudster company, who is fooling common people, cheaters, the abp is total scam, is is a complete fraud .
